Excellent stay!

Great property. Great Staff!!!!

Great location to stay if taking a cruise out of Miami.

The Elser had a unique tech savvy setup as in using technology for most things. The issue I encountered was noises coming from within the walls and there wasn’t anyone to reach out to. The number listed on the site to call didn’t go through and the number that was sending me text messages seemed to have a live person when discussing my not being able to have a late check out but wasn’t available when I reached out regarding the noise happening. I did leave a message via the texting system they have about the issue that should be given some attention before the next guest reserves that room so that the next guest can have a more peaceful stay. Other than this, it was great location and view from the balcony and good use of the space with what was offered in the room.

Great location

We rolled the bright line to Miami and used the Mover to get around and we walked to Bayside Marketplace. There is a target near the train station and also a Whole Foods right around the corner in the room had a refrigerator and stove and we definitely will stay longer. We had a wonderful view of Biscayne Bay.

The room was nice They dont clean the rooms properly and also not everyday, whenever u ask for things it takes way too long to come to the room

My experience at The Elser Hotel in Miami was extremely disappointing. I accidentally left clothing in my room after checking out, and it took days for the hotel to even have someone go back into the room to look for my belongings. The lack of urgency and communication throughout the process was unacceptable. On top of that, I was overcharged and have been trying to get the issue resolved, but the hotel has been unable—or unwilling—to provide a proper solution. I expected much better customer service, especially from a hotel of this level. Losing personal belongings is frustrating enough, but having to repeatedly follow up for days just to get someone to check the room and then being overcharged without receiving meaningful help made the entire experience even worse. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because customers deserve better communication, accountability, and assistance when problems occur.

The location was close to the port for our cruise The bathroom and bedroom door kept colliding in the 2 bedroom suite

Luxury suite with all the required utensils etc. Large room with a balcony on the 24th floor. Walk-in cupboard in the room. Fairly large bathroom. Massive, well equipped gym over 2 floors with a large outdoor and an indoor pool. The check-in could have been more organised with more personnel at the desk to service the customers. Check-in time after 4pm is unusually late for a hotel!
