For a Hilton, I was surprised that it was not in better repair. Definitely could use some updating! The room was reasonably clean, however we had to ask at the desk for more toilet paper and towels. We asked for two extra pillows and only got one. Bar and bartender, Leo, were great! Restaurant food was good. Pool was nice and relaxing.

I was having a problem finding my hilton honors number and he brushed me off and assisted the next customer. I finally just went to my room and called hilton honors and retrieved the number. There were NO towels in my room. I just used my personal travel towels since it was late and I was tired. I informed the clerk the next morning and she simply said, "Thank you ". I checked out the hotel.

Helpful staff

Clean room Having to wait 5 hrs for 1 clean room to accommodate our early arrival when several couples checked out when we arrived. Didn't even try to get a room cleaned and let us in earlier. Also shower pressure sucked in this room to, just like when we stayed before our cruise.

We also utilized the bus shuttle to take us to the Port of Miami and our driver Leo was very nice. My only complaint was the water pressure was super low so it didn’t make for a great shower. That should definitely be looked into.

Horrible experience

The carpet was stained all over, the linings were stained. I have never stayed in a place this bad. The place had not seen a vacuum in forever, the halls were dirty but so was the room. The pool was dirty. I didn't even dare to try the food which it was also overpriced. So we ended up not having dinner at all since we arrive late and there were no other restaurants nearby. The shuttle to the cruise port was more expensive than taking an Uber so I ended up not using it. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. I booked this place because of the brand. I have stayed at other Hilton, even Hilton Gardens and I have never had such a bad experience.

The front desk staff Shemar and Emily were very kind, courteous, and hepful. My check in and my stay were great. Highly recommend.
