Miami International Airport Hotel

Rooms are outdated especially bathroom old fashion water faucets and old tub did not feel good at all in the room

The biggest issue was the unexpected no-show fee. Before booking, I made it very clear that my flight wouldn’t land until 1:00 a.m. Friday morning. I was told I needed to book both Thursday and Friday nights in order to check in when I arrived. Since the hotel knew exactly when I would be arriving, I was shocked to discover at checkout that I had been charged a no-show fee for Thursday night anyway. This was never explained to me beforehand and felt very unfair. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is its convenience to the airport, which is the main reason I chose it. Unfortunately, that convenience did not make up for the poor room condition, maintenance problems, and unexpected charges. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Hotel looks run down. Stayed there for a long overnight layover. Could not sleep due to a vending machine beeping literally every 30 seconds down the hall. Called reception to notify them of the noise. They said they would come to fix it but never did. Woke up to the same beeping sound.

This hotel is old and dated. The airport is also dated. The convenience of location was a plus. I probably will not stay there again.

The convenience of being located at the airport with all the food and shops was the best part. The room was pricey and outdated, but again you are paying for the convenience.

Too small don’t have like microwave and the stay was awful

Old and dingy room. More useful for a long layover than overnight stay prior to vacation.

The room had a really horrible smell. Like something died in the vents.

The hotel room was very clean. The staff gave me the room that I requested. The person who helps guest with their suitcases not only helped me take my suitcases to the correct area to get the baggage tags, but also took my suitcases to the place where I could drop them off. I used the heater in the room because it was cold when I arrived.

We are elderly and need a room near the l elevator. We were the last room on the very long hallway. How can I request this on expedia?
