Loved the location of the property, very easy to access everything

the rooms look nothing like the pictures , the hotel had a really weird smell

Room was clean but outdated. No dresser… no chair to desk… none working remotes controls.. cable error… Was not explained complimentary happy hour and beach towels My first stay was awesome. This trip was disappointing

The restaurant isn’t part of the hotel. The rooftop pool is not what the picture shows. It’s also not in the same building. It’s across the street There’s a table and four places to sit. There is another area on the rooftop that has no shade or anywhere to lay like listed. The shopping area is not 1 mile away. It’s much further. We need to get an Uber to get there. The pictures are VERY deceiving. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK. I WOULD’VE STAYED AT A DIFFERENT PLACE THAT WAS NICER FOR THE SAME PRICE. Not worth the amount that we paid.

The pent house A have beautiful layout unfortunately on day 1,2,3 the air conditioning system kept linking maintenance tried fixing the problem was unsuccessful. The 3rd day air conditioned system was fixed. Manager Mr. Lopez came to investigate the problem and will be looking into some refund.

It wasn’t exactly what I imagined from the pictures. It was decent and in a good area, but I’d never stay there again. The staff was kind for the most part. Hotel room is a bit outdated, but I survived my trip.

I like the suites building! Very nice, maybe update furniture soon. Other than that nice, relaxing stay, not much traffic. Pool area so beautiful. Happy hour at bar in main building nice. Good food

No AC scorching heat

Front desk staff member Nelson was so attentive and helpful with activity ideas. The roof top pool was absolutely relaxing and refreshing. Location was perfect and close to the beach, good food and shopping!

No A/C , Balcony was unusable , staff gave us the run around about the problems & kept giving us wait times for “maintenance” .

Overall, the service was poor, and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The Tv did not work , the bed mad nosies once you sat down the pictures are not what the rooms look like bad experience

The tiki bar staff were pretty rude and dismissive. The rooms were pretty basic and outdated. Front desk staff were nice. There really weren't any amenities or services to speak of.

The staff wasn't helpful at all the only one who knew what they were doing was the main manager Mauricio and the night clerk. The rest has no clue what they were doing. They gave me a room with no AC and charged me for a suite with I got a standard room. They didn't service the room they didn't resolve any issue

Our room was a good size, new towels every day. Really good rooftop terrace and pool The air conditioning unit was noisy.

The stay overall was okay. It could have been more space in the bathroom, better lighting in the bedroom, and when taking a shower so much water get on the floor from the open spot.
