Great views, Nice kitchenette. Fairly convenient to downtown. Beds were very, very soft - not to our taste.

The room was roomy and comfortable. The bed sheets are rough and way to noisy. Every time you rolled over the sheets would be annoying.

I loved how big our room was, so much space! The beds were comfortable, there were two big tv's. One of the best hotels of my life. Would recommend! Honestly there was nothing more to wish for!

Location Clean and the room was spacious

Clean and quiet. Parking on site. 20 minutes walk to start of cliff walk. Lovely Italian deli 2 mins walk with great croissants . Had pre cooked meals for sale which looked lovely.

We thought the pool water was going to be warm and it was not.

The room was very bright. We loved having windows to open. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The roof top deck was a real treat. And the free coffee in the morning was very nice. The whole facility was very clean and well cared for. My only negative is: the smell of the cleanser used outside of the room areas was very strong.

Wonderful location, close to everything we wanted to do and great restaurants within walking distance. Large gabs around the door, you could see light all around the door jam. Had to but a towel at the bottom to block out the light. Also, at times it was a little loud, you can hear the other guest next door and above you.

I like the location of the property. I didn’t like front desk person. He was a little snappy & rude.

The cleanliness and the staff were great. Parking was convenient and close. We were in the second building and the pool was in the first.

The room was large and if you were traveling with a family you could easily bring blow up beds and sleep 6. It wasn't what was advertised. What was shown on booking.com was not the quality of room we had. See photos below. The biggest thing is that the windows were tiny! They didn't let light in and only provided a view if you were right at the windows. Throughout the rest of the room they offered no view. There are no ceiling lights and the overall feel is dark. The feel of the room could best be described as stark.

The location was great and not too far from Newport for all the shopping and other shops Check-in was a little confusing. There’s two buildings watch my reservation. Did not confirm that if you’re in one building and you want to use the pool, you have to walk all the way across the street to use it. There were people maybe staff outside smoking in front of this facility and you walked into the lobby to check in and it smell like cigarette smoke pretty bad feels nice except for you could see a storage unit with some trash around it to the side.

Location is excellent. Needs some TLC, water spots on ceiling and walls.
