Clean, recently updated, lovely motel vary close to Newport. A little noisy, at least our front room, which faced a busy street.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners so friendly. Our room was beautiful ans clean. Breakfast was delicious.

Heating needed to be fixed when we got there. No cups came with the coffee maker and since they don't have anyone a the front desk at night we had to improvise.

The breakfast is not good. Pictures in their advertisement of the location is different from the actual. The price is high for their location. The breakfast needs better quality food.

The Sea breeze inn is immaculate. I mean, it's the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. We had a balcony room with a king bed. The complimentary breakfast is really good with a warm and inviting Cafe area. This is not your typical Hampton inn type breakfast buffet crap. Not much we didn't like. Next time we stay we might book a room in the back so we don't have all the road noise but that was manageable. I was able to hear the conversation of the people in the room next to us word for word but no big deal. They went to bed early and so did we so it wasn't really an issue.

“Hidden gem” in Middletown, very close to Newport. Owners and staff are delightful people; room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Would be happy to stay here again!
