You truly cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, wedding venue and Flo's clam shack. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Spacious hotel close to the beach and Newport attractions. Continental breakfast was varied and includes yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Communal microwave in the kitchen was very convenient. As some other reviews have noted the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, plan to have the A/C on or bring a noise machine.

Very clean spacious room/suite with deck. We stayed here with my one year old. I appreciate the simple but key additions - black out shades, good ac, free parking, free Ice/refreshments, refurbished bathrooms and very clean rooms and facilities. There was no crib or pack & play. We brought our own.

The check in was perfect and the man at the desk was truly there for his guests...you truly felt love and caring from him ...... Definitely will be back again.

Breakfast offered a variety of different choices. Especially being diabetic. Thank You. The sofa and loveseat were excellent for watching the sunset. Also just to sit and read a book and relax. Just a small lamp instead of the plant on the table as we enjoy playing cards in the evening before bedtime.

Great boutique hotel with owners present on site. Tony was there to greet us and send us off when we left. Tony makes sure that the coffee is ready and the breakfast foods are fully stocked. Lots of breakfast items to choose from. Very close to Easton Beach and to the Cliff Walk.

This property was clean, within walking distance to the beach, cliff walk, and several good restaurants. It is about 8 minutes from the wharfs and all the “summer cottages” like the Breakers. Everything was great.

The location was wonderful. The inn was charming and quaint. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable with a view of the water. Decor was adorable. We only stayed one night

The price point does not reflect the quality of my stay. This hotel was absolutely excellent, and I will definitely use it again if I am in the area.

This place was amazing, clean and welcoming. It’s closed to the beach. Lots of restaurants around. The check in was smooth. And they have amazing coffee and a bunch of snacks. DEFINITELY WORTH IT.
