Inn Manager was kind and helpful. He even offered to drive us into town after we missed the Trolley :) Lots of breakfast choices and great coffee!! My only criticism is that the bathroom needs better ventilation when using the shower. Took forever for the mirror to defog! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, inviting place to stay when visiting the area.

Exceptional Service, Cleanest and most charming place I have ever stayed in, supplied us with breakfast, drinks throughout the day and snacks to grab and go, comfortable beds and rooms that were incredibly tranquil. The beach was in walking distance, loved the sunsets.. A treasure in Rhode Island.

It was clean, a convenient location and it had just enough amenities. Our room faced the street, which was a little loud so e we were on the first floor.

From the moment we stepped onto the property until we left, we felt welcomed and at home. Tony was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The property, the rooms, and common areas were immaculate. Cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We will be back! That we didn't stay longer.

You truly cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, wedding venue and Flo's clam shack. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Spacious hotel close to the beach and Newport attractions. Continental breakfast was varied and includes yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Communal microwave in the kitchen was very convenient. As some other reviews have noted the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, plan to have the A/C on or bring a noise machine.
