From the moment we stepped onto the property until we left, we felt welcomed and at home. Tony was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The property, the rooms, and common areas were immaculate. Cleanest property I have ever stayed at. We will be back! That we didn't stay longer.

You truly cannot beat the location. Close to the beach, wedding venue and Flo's clam shack. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Spacious hotel close to the beach and Newport attractions. Continental breakfast was varied and includes yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Communal microwave in the kitchen was very convenient. As some other reviews have noted the walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper, plan to have the A/C on or bring a noise machine.

The check in was perfect and the man at the desk was truly there for his guests...you truly felt love and caring from him ...... Definitely will be back again.

Breakfast offered a variety of different choices. Especially being diabetic. Thank You. The sofa and loveseat were excellent for watching the sunset. Also just to sit and read a book and relax. Just a small lamp instead of the plant on the table as we enjoy playing cards in the evening before bedtime.
