Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance so that dropped amenities and facilities to 4 star

Absolutely loved the 2 bed, 2 bath. Very luxurious & spacious. Close to the beach and an easy uber to the wharf!

Tub shower combo has very slippery floor. Needed some antislip straps or something. Otherwise all was Great.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in an excellent location. The beach is across the street and their are restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Newport is just minutes away. The property is nice but can use some upgrades. Will definitely return!

So close the the beach and the breakfast was delicious!

We Booked the Queen Petite room. When we arrived we were told the we had been upgraded to a “Suite”. We thought great!!! It was Room 403. We arrived to the room and thought that it was great, until we opened the blinds and there were people in the roof top jacuzzi looking directly at us. We quickly had to shut all the window treatments in both rooms. Very Disappointed. So instead of taking in scenic views of Rhode Island. We were trapped in a room with no privacy. At the time of our booking there were no suites available and we got the last room available. I’m going to speculate that the original occupants of the room were given our original room and we were placed there. Liked everything else just not where we were placed without being given an option!
