Days Inn by Wyndham Milan Sandusky South

The hotel base board was falling apart next to my hotel room. The trash can base was dirty. My room tables was dirty and it was hair in my tub from the last guest. The room looked like it wasn't clean properly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Not to mention the back door had trash around the vent. I took it upon myself to ask the hotel for some disinfectant so that I felt like the room was sanitized. Horrible establishment!!

Morning staff was very sweet and welcoming. Told us that the key cards were acting up and would just need to be reset from time to time. When we asked the night staff he was very rude and was saying that we needed to stop putting the key card with our phones and that won’t happen. During our staff the staff didnt come get trash or bring clean towels in the whole stay. We took trash out and had to ask for clean towels everytime they were needed. When I asked the first time the young girl was helpful and got them but when I asked about why are room wasn’t refreshed with towels or trash taken out she asked what room number we were in and then when I said 119 she stated that makes sense and walked away.

The spring beds aren’t quite comfortable but the pillows were ok. The outside area could have been better. There was a garbage can that was knocked down with garbage spilling out of it to the ground when I arrive. The next day I left it was still there. I don’t expect a lot from this particular hotel brand so it was ok. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

The staff sucks. Theres no elevator the hot tub is down and it’s not very clean.

Fine for a basic stay. Room was large and that was nice. Water pressure was great. Hot tub didn't work. A bit of a disappointment. Otherwise decent stay.

good service, rooms are not the greatest, but they where clean, and if you asked for anything, they will provide . we asked for extra blankets and towels when needed. and we didn't have any problems. the only thing that I was looking forward to was the hot tub, and it was not working. thank you, and if I go back , I would stay here. I do recommend it.

POOL was nice. No hot tub. No hot water for shower the day we left. Staff was rude and lazy, Served cold breakfast only. Got kicked out of the pool 10 min early.

I paid for a Jacuzzi that didn’t have working jets and the room smelled and had moldy stuff in the mini fridge

Floors were dirty in room, after showered and used a towel to wipe up the water the towel was brown from dirt. We got robbed our first night there and conveniently the cameras out front don’t work, the hot tub was out of order and clearly has been out of order for awhile but still have it listed on the site

The room was clean and home like. Parking was abundant especially for individuals with disabilities. The temperature of the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellent!
