I went 2 times to font desk and no one was there I have to wait at list 10 minutes

I paid approximately US$905 for a 4-night stay, expecting a clean, non-smoking hotel that matched the Expedia listing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite the property being advertised as non-smoking. The bathroom had visible mold, and there was a leak that was “fixed” by placing a rag underneath it rather than repairing it. The bedsheets were stained and did not appear clean, and when I asked for a replacement or a room change, they provided me with bedspreads that were torn, and also stained. The overall condition of the room fell well below what I expected. The hotel also looked very different from the photos on Expedia, which made the listing feel misleading. The property in all is disgusting very dirty and has the smell of mold, animal and cigarettes. I reported the issues during my stay, but the property never responded. Expedia later confirmed they were also unable to get a response from the hotel.

Pool, hot tub, how the hot water worked immediately in the shower. Breakfast was cereal, toast, or waffles. No eggs or breakfast meats.

While the room was reasonably clean and the staff was mostly good, the experience was not good. The first room we got had the window open and the lights on in the dark and was filled with 100's of bugs, unfortunately, that is not an exaggeration. When we went back to the desk, they gave a new room, but they did not have another with the same size bed, so instead of a king bed, we got 2 twin beds, we were told to come back i the morning, the only solution we got to get back to a room with a king bed, was to vacate our room and be in limbo for an u known amout of time, in the middle of our stay. I wish that was the end of the compaints, but the breakfast was not good either, not much to choose from, I'm not even sure they should really advertise a hot breakfast as they did not offer anything else warm besides waffles, which the batter was weird soupy with stuff floating on top. When we witnessed someone asking the lady who was there to fill and prepaire the breakfast, she did not offer a solution, that being said, both the ladies at the front desk were decent. Lastly, the drain in the shower was aweful, by the end of a short shower, we were standing I ankle deep water and it took almost 20 minutes for the water to completely drain out. I wish I could say I'd stay again, but not a chance.

I liked hotel´s location. It has everything you need for a few days stay. The hotel has laundry facilities, an indoor and outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and sauna. The area was clean, and clean towels were available. The was ample, well-lit parking and a continental breakfast. The room had air conditioning, and the staff was attentive.

I highly recommenf this hotel to anyone traveling.

Pillows were musty, a bit gross to sleep on.

Jot tub was always down in the morning and i was triple charged for the stay.

The comforter was dirty. The breakfast was poor.

Staff was amazing. Front desk was very welcoming and just loved her.

Only the location and the receptionist received us in the hotel. Bathroom clogged… dirty room… terrible dirty… breakfast terrible…

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The beds and rooms were clean except the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise the pool was nice and the air conditioning was good.
