The beds were super comfy and the breakfast was the best I’ve had to date.

When I checked into my room the sheets and covers filthy. Stains were on the counter and hair follicles left all over the sink. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Breakfast was good, check-in was a disaster, sent to 3 different rooms with the last one finally being clean but no towels. Staff entered room without knocking. Went back to front desk and demanded attention as it had been almost an hour since check in started. Room was then comped and manager said they would let hotels.com aware for a full refund.

There was hair all over the bathroom floor and sink we pulled down both sets of bed sheets and both beds had hair on them. The carpet floor felt grimy. It didn’t look or feel like anything was swept or even mopped. It was 11:30 at night by the time we realized this and I had 3 kids to put to bed.

Our room was very clean and property overall was pretty clean. I use the stairs for exercise and there was some trash in the stairwell but everywhere else was very clean. I really liked the variety of pillows on the bed, soft vs firm but I felt our bed could’ve been more supportive. It was fine for one night. The breakfast and coffee station was great! We would definitely stay again if passing through.

Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.

The staff was friendly accomodating and courteous. The Windows were dirty, we could see paw prints and dried saliva from a dog on the windows, there was hair on the walls in the shower, the trash cans are very small not enough room to discard trash. The toilet was low and hard to maneuver, most places have the higher 17inch toilets. The heat/air control was hard to get to, it is on the wall by the bed which leaves little room to access. Our mattress had some bad spots that poked up and was very uncomfortable.
