The complementary breakfast was well above expectations. The pool area and pool were clean and maintained very well during our stay. My only concern was the bathrooms being a little bit in need of some TLC (please see this as some updating for ADA needed such as a raised toilet and a safety rail for the shower and some painting and new caulking —they were exceptionally clean and well stocked with clean linens!). We used the hotel to beat the heat but I’d go back in a heartbeat should we need to do it again. Overall great stay at a very nicely managed hotel. Great job to the staff!

It was clean and neat. The rooms all need refurbished and updated especially the beds. Nice to have the mini fridge and the microwave in the room. The breakfast smelled amazing unfortunately we did not get a chance to eat there.

THE PORPERTY NEEDED UPDATED OUR TOILET WAS NOT FASTENED O THE FLOOR AND THEIR FIRE ALARM GOES OFF AT 3:18AM DUE TO LEAK NO ONE CAN FIND THAT IS NEGLIGENCE POORLY OWNED

Did not like my stay here. The shower didn't work properly. The bedding was terrible and hair on floor. They did not come in daily to refresh towels or make beds ,empty garbage.Will not stay here again or recommend people to stay.

Clean, good price, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF! Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage when many just give carb items. I recommend!

There was blood on the sheets and bugs on the bed! In the second room they put us in. Mattress was stained and mast along with the sheets! First room had a leak in the bathroom and water was coming out from the bottom of the toilet within 5 min of our stay! The was the worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay at!!

The room was good for us to stay one night, had a weird smell but we were only there to sleep. The gentlemen told us at check in that check out was at noon the next day so we set our alarm for 10:40am so we had time to get up and get out by noon. Thankfully we got a phone call earlier then that and I checked my email to find out check out was at 11 not at noon. We were able to get out right at 11 but I wish he would have known the correct time. Definitely wasn't worth the $120 we paid but we had to stop for the night.

For the cost this hotel was more than fine. Decent location, had breakfast and pool was good. I can’t complain everything was clean and everything we needed was 10 min away! Quiet gem for Sandusky.

Husband and I came for a couple days for bike week. One of the lady's that was working at the desk at check was still training but did really good. The lady that was training her was doing a great job helping her out. Everyone we encountered there was really nice. We didn't hear any outside noise or anything from any other guest. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the shower, my husband is 6'3 so he had a hard time taking a shower with the shower head so low and didnt go any higher then what it did. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel close to the turnpike. The staff was outstanding, and very responsive to questions prior to my arrival. The rooms are clean and neat, and the breakfast had a very nice selection, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffle maker.

The bathroom was very accommodating. The room was good sized. There was a mold-like smell in the ventilation.

Everything was fine, a bit dated to the 80's. However, at the end of our stay my wife got a tick attached to her leg that was in the room. Upon telling the manager she could have really cared less.

Breakfast was good and I loved that they kept it open until 10am. The kids loved the indoor pool. Staff was pleasant and helpful w all of our needs- towels switched out every day. Everything was clean and the room was affordable. We're about 20m away from Cedar Point. Wish the beds were bigger but it was fine!
