Everything was great check-in was great. The staff was very helpful. What can I say but it was successful evening.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE , Clean , good size rooms , helpful staff and great breakfast. We had a great stay.

Network wasn’t working right and had problem getting the tv function to work.

Went to see a San Francisco 49ers game, was great location to move around town and get to game within 20 minutes, the place itself is big and beautiful, enjoyed every aspect of our stay…Thanks Embassy

Had a terribly annoying problem with getting in my room.

room smelled bad, carpet dirty and bathroom tub needs upgrade

Room was huge, clean, and perfect for our stay. The pool was a perfect temperature. Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

-breakfast and evening reception, although I have to say it has changed tremendously, they used to have more choices, more options with the breakfast and the reception. That's why we kept coming back. The last time you were, there was 2019 before covid and we enjoyed the reception.There were more fingerfood that were served. This time they only served pretzels and chips, fruit, but they had cocktail drinks. The facility is clean and up to date. What I did not like during this stay. - this suite is good for 6 people. However, there weren't enough towels , pillows, blanket for everybody. I suspect the bedsheet for the sofa bed it is not being changed for every check in. We requested for a clean one. - the elevators going up, aren't Secured, like other hotels, you need your keycard to operate the elevator for security reasons. So anybody can just go up, but I guess because it's open. Meaning, you can see the floors from the lobby or used to be the atrium. That's all.

Very clean and spacious. Accommodating

Our room was fairly clean but our shower in our room pressure was extremely low in addition to that it kept cutting off on us while in the shower and making noises I reported it to the staff and she was very nice about it but no accommodations were made. She also stated it might be doing that because we were on the higher floor which makes no sense because no matter what floor you are on the shower should not act like that it is an older building and I'm sure the pipes were super old cause they were Knocking.

During my visit, there were a lot of unrully children. Some were running up and down the corridor. This hotel is all open so every sound was amplified. I don't blame the hotel for the disturbance, I blame the parents, for not watching their children.
