Clean room Was told I was going to get a balcony and I only got a window. Very misleading. Was pretty unhappy about that honestly.

Truly a stunning place, gorgeous and all the complementary offers were so appreciated and above our expectations. Also the staff was wonderful and everything was very clean! Most importantly the price, for the stay and experience I couldn't believe how affordable it is.

Clean rooms, staff was friendly. Breakfast was also really good and had variety.

I was in room 610. King size bed suite. It stunk, can’t describe the smell (wet smell kind of?) but it felt stuffy, the AC wasn’t kicking on and off even though I set it at 72. So we were a bit hot. The shower pressure was like a drip faucet. Horrible. We stayed only for a night in at 1am and left 8am so it served its purpose. Two good things about this location, it’s by the freeway and the breakfast was good! They had an omelette station which my husband enjoyed. I wouldnt stay here again.

The rug in my room had big stains on the carpet and the room smelled like mold of a wet towel

Our only complaint is that the pool was out of service during our morning, which is from 730-1200. This was sad as we went there to celebrate our son's 10th birthday. Otherwise, lovely stay.

Very convenient and excellent service

The hotel and the breakfast were excellent. There was an older gentleman working at breakfast who always greeted the patrons and provided assistance to them. He has been a "fixture" at breakfast for a long time. We have been frequent guests of this hotel in the past and he has always been a genuine asset to the breakfast experience.

Location is great. After dropping my phone behind the bed, I found BLACK mold on the wall where my head rested.

breakfast was ok room nice bed nice We are believers in GOD we prayed before we left our room only to hear and see some seance or chanting with candles. We see 7 people in a circle sitting and praying another language. I did tell the front office that this should not be allowed in a space we paid for and no one could do anyhting. Blew my mind. This should not be allowed

Are room 602 had a very bad strong smell gave my husband a very bad headache but told the receptionist in the front and she didn’t hesitate to change are room to 615 she was very helpful let her know that the lotion conditioner screwed to the wall was falling off but other then that are stay was amazing too bad we couldn’t enjoy breakfast we had to leave very early to my sons tournament in Morgan Hill at 6am …thank you for everything
