Great experience! Staff was friendly and approachable.

This is a well-run hotel. Great location, great breakfast, spacious rooms, helpful staff. We have been here a handful of times and always been satisfied overall with our experience. The only real downside is that sometimes there are kids running around the hallways late in the evening, but I have earplugs for that.

It was a really bad experience

Needs some freshening up in the room like new flooring and shower bar was rusty.

Enjoyed stay but room could use some updating like carpet and shower bar was rusty.

Clean romm, great breakfast, easy to get around locations.

Breakfast was excellent. Home made omelets and just great quality. Totally recommend and no need to go to the IHOP in the parking lot when they are serving food as good as they did. Central Air is a bummer. I paid for a room, I should be able to control the temp in that said room.

Very clear and amazing hotel

Nice hotel, nice stuff, good location

The breakfast is Great and the evening reception is nice. Not all channels on the TV worked, we were missing trash cans and the tub was peeling. The shower head had very low water pressure. The rooms have great square footage, and the staff at the hotel were great!! Not many hotels have indoor pools, but this hotel has a nice one.

Room not clean even requested housekeeper, customer service is so terrible, waiting so long to check in.

Breakfast

The room was spacious but not well maintained at all. The couch was so uncomfortable to sit on that it would have been better to sit on the floor… if the floor wasn’t covered in streaks and chunks of mud. We had to ask for housekeeping to come- at least to empty the trash, etc. When they did they sort of made the beds and took the dirty towels. They did not replace the dirty towels either clean ones-nor did they reload the toilet paper. We had to call the front desk repeatedly for every little thing… “can we get some hand towels? Ours were taken”. “Can we get some toilet paper? After several days here we are all out and didn’t get any more.” “Can we get a refill on tissues, we were given three….” The lobby and breakfast were lovely- unfortunately once that room key was in our hands the disappointments began and were abundant!

The service was great

Staff was very friendly. Room was very spacious and clean. The amenities in the lobby were a nice surprise and the complimentary drinks were the cherry on top.

The entrance road could be less bumpy.

Needs some updates on the rooms like the sofas
