Cockroach in room but you get what you pay for

The pictures told a different story. They shouldn't advertising executive when it looks like a dump.dumb. Dirty walls bad paint dirty stars.

Everything is old and broken.

Room so so tv we couldn’t turn off it late when came in tv was on there was homeless staying in parking lot I asked for some towels at office he said you need wait until maids come waited about hour it was just bad

I made a mistake by booking this hotel , should have spent a lil more money to stay down the street , completely disgusting place , garbage cigarettes everywhere , inside of room was nasty , if you have a family , do not keep them at this place

It was terrible, smelly room, bad fixtures/ toilet/shower facilities, I booked because its in bad location so i exited better quality of stay but I was very wrong.

The room’s feel dirty. I think the maids need to do a better job. Its cockroaches in the room.

What I liked was the fact that I was given a refund due to certain circumstances. Depending on where they put you, it can be very noisy and chaotic or on a side where it is very quiet. What I didn’t like is the parking. It’s always full and I have to worry about someone vandalizing my car just for the fun of it.

I totally want my money back,

Very dirty, cockroaches in the room, amenities are very old! Impossible to use the bathroom as it’s so dirty! I was so disappointed and on the top of all that, there is no refund.

Mostly ok but, had cocroaches so not going back.

The property is dirty and not safety

Arrived 0230 but the front desk didn’t check me in , saying check in time at 0300 , however checked in and I was on my toes from the dirty the room was , of course didn’t sleep just took shower and hanged out before coming late night for another shower and left ,, the hotel so dirty the rooms everything disgusting.

It's DANGEROUS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel was a crime scene. Homeless roaming around. I know the maid was sizing us up as we made our way up the filthy stairs and over the rotting hoses in the walkway. The room itself was disgusting. All the lamps we broken with mismatched shades just set on top, making them fall off if you tried to turn the light on - BUT there was no bulbs! When we finally found a light that worked - we were able to see the BLOOD smears and the all graffiti. We left immediately, but had to act cool... because there was a literally outside crowd watching our room. Like they were scouting their next hit. I called Hotels.com and told them the need to remove this hotel from there site right away!!! It's DANGEROUS!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Parking don't look to secure and they need to clean more on the site of the hotel property because looks like homeless sleep there.

This place is run down, with a strong smell of bleach. Fire alarm was removed, walls showed some type of running liquid That is now dried, signs of mold everywhere, metal lamps and metal components in room showed rust. Did checked in around 5:30 PM and checked out same day around 8:00 PM. Overall condition of hotel is very poor maintenance. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

Staff is good. But no coffee things, sketchy internet and damaged iron board. Al else was fantastic
