There was roaches all over the room and the bathroom. The mattress was terrible very soggy and uncomfortable. The Staff were helpful. There is enough parking. the AC was right next to the bed no way to redirect the airflow. I had to put a chair between the bed and the AC so the air would not be directed at me.

From the moment I checked in, there were problems. My bathroom didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. The floor was filthy, and there were roaches everywhere (see the photos I included). The next morning, I realized there wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room—no coffee, no coffee cups, nothing at all. Outside my room, there was dog waste on the ground and cigarette butts scattered around, even though my room was in a non-smoking area. When I tried to call the front desk to report these issues, the room phone didn’t work. I stayed for three nights. On the second day, I informed the front desk that the refrigerator wasn’t working. They sent someone to my room. He told me he lived on the property. He came into my room wearing muddy shoes and smoking a cigarette. His speech seemed slurred, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I kept my phone with me in case I needed to call 911. He couldn’t repair the refrigerator, so he removed it and replaced it with another one, tracking mud into my room. To his credit, he later returned with a towel and cleaned up the dirt he had tracked in. I paid almost $90 per night. While I know that’s less expensive than many hotels, I would much rather pay around $120 per night for a clean, safe, and professionally managed place to stay. I am sharing my experience so that other travelers know what to expect before booking a stay at Executive Hotel. I would not stay here again!

Stayed one night. Didn’t get there until almost 9pm. Trash down stairs on the lot. By morning time it’s like they wanted us to leave because our lights stopped turning on and so did the air conditioning it worked well until it didn’t. It was working when we got there and all of a sudden didn’t want to work. Walls and doors are stained dirty. Microwave didn’t work.

难以想象的差,实在无法居住

The Bathroom: That thick black mold caked into the tub caulk and grout is a biohazard! Taking a relaxing bath in there would have given me a whole new respiratory condition. And the cracked tiles?! The Curtains & AC: Filthy, stained curtains hanging right over an AC control panel that looks like it hasn't seen a wipe-down since 1998. The Lamp/Outlet: Is that rust, mystery gunk, or burn marks on the metal power strip? Plugging anything in there feels like a fire hazard. I paid $$$ to stay in a biohazard crime scene! It makes total sense why I couldn't sleep a wink—between the people screaming and slamming doors until 3Am!! It was like a night in the projects and the sheer grime inside, my mind and body were on high alert the entire night.

The best thing about this place was that there were no bed bugs which is the bare minimum. Who knows when their photos were last added/updated because they reflected nothing inside. The amount of trash in the lot, stairwells, hallways... dogs barking.. people standing outside and sitting in chairs who knows from where. As a solo travel lady I left early and got back to my room by afternoon and didn't leave. The bedding was stained, the bathroom had full body sized holes in the wall, there's foot prints and dirts on the door, toilet seats, floors were sticky, shower was insane. Idk. Maybe theyre used to having people stay that NEED to stay here but the maintenance has no heart in it. It's wild that they allow and feel comfortable with accepting guests. And also I've stayed in cheaper that's better. Don't do it lol.

Not good place, not clean

The bed was dirty and had an unpleasant smell, making it impossible for me to sleep. On top of that, the room felt eerie and unsafe. The hotel is also located on a very busy street, so it was loud throughout the night. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Everything was fine with good prices

Very poorly maintained property overall. Booked 2 nights but only stayed one. Still waiting on the refund for the prepaid night that was cancelled

Here were the issues: 1) Trash everywhere. 2) Broken bathtub faucet. Water running slowly all night. Not a slow drip. 3) 3 police suvs in parking lot when I arrived at 10:40pm 4) Someone knocking at my door and window at 12:05am, 1am, and 2:05am. Warning- stay away

The room was extremely dirty. There were cockroaches on the bed and even on the ceiling, which was completely unacceptable. The doors had black grime all over them, the curtains were stained, and the bed sheets had red stains. It was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It used to be not do bad, but my stay this time was horrible. There was trash all over the place. The walkways were sticky. The amenities were trashy and moldy. It didn't feel clean at all. Also, there are 3 floors and no elevator. I will never stay there again.
