The property itself also needs attention. The grass outside looks like it hasn’t been cut in months, and many of the fixtures around the hotel are rusty and worn. The staff were ok when approached, but overall the upkeep and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

It was fine, shower had mold the tv never worked.

All of it Nothing

Stayed for 4 nights and was never offered fresh towels. Husband took our trash to the dumpster himself and had to ask for more trash bags for the baskets. Recliner did not work. Reported it did not work and was told maintenance would come and look at it. No one ever came.

Toilet flushed slow, thermostat didn’t come on, and silverware not stocked only one fork, maybe two spoons, and dishes in dishwasher had to be put away.

Okay stay. 5 nights. Run down a bit

The hotel in general was good but the room was not made up during out stay and the room conditions is very old

The kitchen utensils were also dirty unfortunately It was reasonably priced for what we needed. A short stay to see our daughter

Parking was spacious and easy to get too, wasn’t congested at all. Staff was nice upon arrival. Room was clean and pretty spacious.

Good location Smelled like weed, the room had a mildew smell that was never fixed. The room didn’t have a tv remote that worked had to go downstairs to get the master remote to use the TV every time we needed to turn it on or change the station.

Room was clean and staff is friendly and helpful

Parking is safe and easy. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Clean and quiet No breakfast

Bed was comfortable The hotel room was so disgusting and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. No staff was ever at the desk, we waited 20 minutes to check in and the individual was very rude.

The beds are comfortable and the pillows are good. There was a kitchenette in the room which was an added bonus. The evening clerk was very nice. He’s a keeper. Overall our stay was good and I’d stay again. If you have children please don’t let them get up at 4 am and continuously run back and forth across the room and jump off the bed. Think of your neighbors below and beside your room !
