The room smelled strongly of dust and did not appear to be regularly or thoroughly cleaned. The most disturbing issue was the dishwasher, which had **old food left inside, along with worms/maggots and an extremely unpleasant odor**. This was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards. Towels and sheets are changed approximately every seven days, but there does not seem to be any proper room cleaning in between. On two separate occasions, I requested that the room be vacuumed and even offered to vacuum it myself if they could simply lend me a vacuum. Unfortunately, neither request was accommodated. Customer service was also disappointing. On several occasions when I went to the front desk for assistance or information, staff members were outside smoking rather than readily available at the desk. While the location and price are good, cleanliness and basic maintenance are extremely important when staying at a hotel. Based on my experience, I unfortunately **would not recommend this property** unless significant improvements are made to its housekeeping and maintenance standards.

Location and friendly I thought 75.00per pet plus a 50.00deposit was high wasn't nice enough to be charged that much I know alot of dog owners are the cause but some of us actually properly care for our animals

The room smelled very musty and of mold, which was present all over the ceiling. Cleanliness was not great in the bathroom and the towel rack was falling out of the wall.

Upon arriving I couldn't make out the name of the property, due to the fact that there were so many lights out on the sign. I checked in about 9p.m. The front desk was perturbed because I had interrupted her personal phone call, so her attitude was less than stellar. Got to the room....it seemed stuffy and "muggy". The air conditioning unit in the room was set on 76 degrees. The television did not work, and I couldn't find an ice machine to save my soul. The bathtub had black mold in the corner, of which I am highly allergic, so I was most uncomfortable. The next morning I realized that there wasn't a hair dryer. I am in the area twice a month and always stay in a IHG property....I would NEVER stay at your property again.

The only thing I would say is I felt that I was almost bothering the staff whenever I would ask a question or request. It would be nice if they would’ve told me certain things during check in like, where trash goes/free laundry/free coffee/loaning station for kitchen. It would’ve helped me knowing instead of trying to figure it out myself. They were helpful when I would ask for items but again, I felt like I was bothering them most of the time. They should initiate the good mornings and have a good day instead of guests. The first day our dishwasher did leak but they were able to fix it the next day. The fire alarm did go off at 1am. So be careful cooking in the middle of the night. The room itself was great and I would stay here again.

I will say, the staff was kind and helpful. I would have appreciated for the manager to contact me, but she didn't. So, I'm only speaking of the front desk and cleaning staff; they were great. Also, I borrowed the air fryer several times and that was helpful. The first time I used it, it had food inside it, but the staff apologized and cleaned it. Not the best stay.

Bathroom was dirty and the carpet had a mildew smell. The television didn’t work either, and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty

Extremely clean room — housekeeping did a major cleaning for my severe feather allergies. Thank you!!!

The property itself also needs attention. The grass outside looks like it hasn’t been cut in months, and many of the fixtures around the hotel are rusty and worn. The staff were ok when approached, but overall the upkeep and maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

It was fine, shower had mold the tv never worked.

Location Refrigerator had left over food in it from previous guest. Stayed for 4 nights and was never offered fresh towels. Husband took our trash to the dumpster himself and had to ask for more trash bags for the baskets. Recliner did not work. Reported it did not work and was told maintenance would come and look at it. No one ever came.

Toilet flushed slow, thermostat didn’t come on, and silverware not stocked only one fork, maybe two spoons, and dishes in dishwasher had to be put away.

Okay stay. 5 nights. Run down a bit

The hotel in general was good but the room was not made up during out stay and the room conditions is very old
