Had plumbing and pipe issues that caused bad sewage smell. They comped rooms

Not the best, but it is close to things. Staff was good, breakfast was only ok. Pool area was not very clean. Not all follow pool rules and not enforced.

Nice hotel, quiet. Decent pool and breakfast. Not sure why we couldn’t hang out in the courtyard area. It was super nice looking and shaded instead of having to watch kids swim from the unshaded pool cement area.

Hotel was good overall. The room we booked wasn’t cleaned in time so we got downgraded without being refunded the extra cost. Breakfast is very basic. But other than that the experience good.

Great location in Missoula. Fabulous staff. Nice rooms for the price. Great back patio with garden, pool, and hot tub.

I’m not sure why this has good reviews on Expedia. As soon as we entered the area to go up to our room it smelled of smoke and dirt and was clearly not vacuumed in a while. There also was a horrible stench that was outside the back door for a while. There was hair in the shower and something gross smeared on the bathroom door. The pillows were quite uncomfortable as well. While it wasn’t the worse hotel it certainly doesn’t live up to it’s very good rating on here.

Good value for the price. Staff very helpful. Not as updated as many other hotels we have stayed in. Some issues with our first room, but staff corrected quickly.

Nice bar and casino. Very friendly staff. Older hotel, but clean.

The stay was very comfortable. The staff always so helpful. Great breakfast (although it would be nice if they had peanut butter ;) ). And always quiet; did not hear any outside noise.

Traffic along Broadway can be atrocious.

it was ok, I go to a lot of concerts, and games so I've been looking for a place to stay.

Bed was very uncomfortable!

The place is convenient, but not very clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and the french fries at the back door were never vacuumed up. Never heard the vacuum run in the hallway ever. Staff was very nice, but no one was on the same page. Pool area needed to be cleaned. The whole time that we were there, not one person came out to wipe down the tables or clean up the food on the ground. (I picked up what others were allowed to bring in and I also wiped down the tables.) The sign says clearly that there was no smoking or food brought into that area. But some of the staff allowed it. There were people with small children in the area, and one little 3-year-old boy did pee in the hot tub, but mother said he did not. (That was the last time I went in the hot tub or the pool.) Breakfast is ok, but you really can't call it continental breakfast. They decided to do plumbing in the morning and turned off the water to our room for a while. (Never informed us that they were going to do this) Was this inconvenient? Yes, just a little. There were other little things that I won't mention. But again, I will say that you do have a very nice staff. Too bad they were not all trained and informed as to the procedures.

The lounge/Bar/Restaurant closed at 10 pm. This was Saturday. Montana bars are usually open until 2 am.

Not bad hot tub was larger than most. Great shower water pressures! Breakfast was great!

The room is small as expected for Manhattan hotels but it's clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient, right off Chinatown and Little Italy.
