Wonderful hotel right in the heart of downtown !!! Clean rooms, comfy bed, kind staff, great coffee and açaí bowl cafe downstairs, relaxing outdoor sitting area, and so many choices for restaurants, bars and shops nearby 💜

The location and overall vibe of the place is great. Only complaint is that there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

Loved the location, staff was lovely and flexible, rooms were sweet, love the wall art. Cafe and shared space also great for hanging out. and we also had a great view of mt sentinal! all was good

It was so clean, which is what I care about most. Lovely staff! Great location! Our room had a huge shower. I haven’t stayed in a hotel I enjoyed that much in a long time. Nothing.

Service and location. Everything was great. Prices were a little high due to the music festival, but in relation to other places.

Great location in walkable historic downtown Missoula looking up at the M mountain. Comfortable king bed with nice bedding. Lots of room to put luggage up off the floor and hang clothes. Tasty lobby coffee from 5am on, along with a filtered water dispenser. Helpful staff, and lots of light, bright lobby space. Adjacent cafe/ coffee roastery served excellent caffe lattes with a nice choice of pastries. Bellman's cart available for loading/unloading. Our king room for two people had one spacious desk surface and only one chair to sit in. It would have been nice to have a second chair in our roomy room.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop in the building with bagels and pastries (get there early as the pastries sell out fast) The açai bowls next door were great for my breakfast. Loved our clean, spacious room and we made good use of the outside space.
