Residence Inn by Marriott Missoula Downtown

This should be a great place - comfortable beds, spacious shower, great location, nice lobby and bar. But it needs to be updated. The couch in our suite was dirty, worn and broken. We literally could not sit on it without slipping off. The carpeting was wore out and should be replaced. For the price we paid the hotel can take some of that money to upgrade and replace unusable furniture! I would not stay again.

Clean room. Best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel! Convenient location, can walk just about anywhere. Was worried about the parking but we never had trouble fining a parking spot the whole week we were there. Definitely will be staying here again!!

The hotel is nice. The pricing we got was good. Bed is comfortable. Big TV Maid service is good. The breakfast buffet is ok. The bad. We could hear people in the next room and they were just talking normally. Very irritating. The pillows suck. The shower pressure was virtually Non existent. Being downtown parking is a little challenging and during the week you have to pay to park. I would only stay here again if I had to. Wouldn’t be my first choice. Mainly because of the parking.

Like the location and staff was pleasent but the rooms are so business genartic sorta like a nice prison cell grey bland no character but that’s standard for mid range Marriott and for $400 a night no one made the bed or changed the sheets that’s asinine and only left towels each day. Probably would stay elseware as in the Wren Nextdoor

I always stay here when I drive over from Spokane. I lived in Missoula for over 30 years and the hotel sits right in the heart of what makes Missoula such a cool town. The rooms are spacious and have a convenient kitchen and seating area.

Convenient property to nearby downtown and riverside attractions, entertainment, and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean, restful, quiet rooms. Amazing breakfast and nice lounge spaces at reception.

Gorgeous hotel lobby with quaint, western vibes. Central Missoula location- walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean and stocked with plenty of coffee. Breakfast is included and delicious!!!!

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the whole experience

Everything was wonderful. would definitely stay there again.

It is a very nice looking hotel and very clean, but if you get placed in a room on the alleyway plan on being woken up extremely early by businesses, trash trucks and every other sort of noise that can go through there. It was our honeymoon and they refused to move us rooms either. Our AC went out twice. It was very disappointing given how highly rated the hotel was.

The spacious, clean room with a great tv. The room was a very long way away from the elevator.

This is a good hotel in the heart of everything downtown. And the facility is very nice. Accommodation was very comfortable.
