Enjoyed the hotel and the staff.

Atmosphere was comfortable as far as temperature and humidity. We were in town for a concert, so hotel rooms were at a premium, but I paid around 350 dollars, and breakfast was not included. This was a good location as far as being centrally located well within walking distance of eating and drinking establishments. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves.

The hotel was clean, the staff was fantastic, we liked the breakfast options. However the room walls are not insulated enough and on two nights we were kept awake by neighbors on one side and then by neighbors above. Also no fan in restroom is hard to comprehend.

The newly remodeled room was lovely. Location was very convenient to downtown. I think because we made our reservations through Booking.com we were refused an early check in. Parties before and after us were able to get their rooms. We were told to come back at 4, which we did and were again told there were no rooms available. My husband then assertively stepped in and the clerk magically found a room!

Beautiful renovations have been made since we last visited. We love this property and its proximity to everything downtown. Staff is excellent and welcoming.
