Downtown Missoula is quite walkable - generally speaking. We stayed here while attending a concert at Griz and it was a half hour walk there and back. This was also a good central location for exploring the shops and restaurants downtown. The room had all the amenities we could have wanted and working AC!

This hotel was amazing! The owner is kind and helpful; and every staff member is the same way. 11/10 highly recommend
-
Nice unique concept for a hotel. Nice location. Interesting place.
-
Parking is minimal. Small parking lot. You have to go to the cafe to check in. No signs at HOTEL ENTRANCE.
-
Waters in every room should be a must as well as a vending machine if there isn’t a front desk 24-7. Also would recommend better pillows.
-
Great amenities and well priced for an overnight stay. Good quality touches such as tea and coffee, kettle, Yeti cooler, bathroom toiletries, new towels and great quality linen. Good location to town but on edge so not noisy at all.
-
Extremely loud road very close to hotel. Slamming doors, no staff in hotel, only cafe next door Would only recommend one night. Guests love to slam doors and genuinely unaware or others. Beware if you are sensitive to loud noise.

Place is amazing…gear and bikes you can check out. Great location, couple blocks to the shuttle pickup for a Kettlehouse show.
-
Be aware that the Mountain View rooms do not have a balcony. Book a room with a balcony, we used it a lot. Great location to walk to venues downtown and the river. We will stay here again when in Missoula. Picture is a view from our balcony.

Awsome amenities, nice bikes to use, cooler for picnic, and fun room. My family had fun talking to the staff at the café while i was working. They want to go back.

Will Stay here again! Really nice clean quiet comfy beds in a good location. Coffee at Unravel was amazeballs! Break sando A+. Just fyi no clerk after a certain time so that was a little on me for not checking the emails properly but the contact person answered my call in good time. The hammock in the room was a fun touch!! Really liked this hotel!

Fantastic stay!! Great location!! Comfortable room!! Knowing that help staff is limited would have loved a lower rate.

Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably contributed to this problem not getting taken care of. I can only assume others had a similar experience.

Room was spacious with a great view from its balcony, clean, functional bathroom, comfortable bed, and easy check-in/checkout as well as reasonable price.
-
Rooms were very clean and updated it gave a European feel, staff was very helpful and polite.
-
Easy. Found some bugs in the room though. Coffee shop is good. Close to restaurants and things to do while walking. Most parking is covered.
-
The hotel was good. Very different experience but all around good

The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!
-
World Cup time! The TV didn’t work! Hotel staff said they can’t get anyone to help! Only one outlet was available to charge phones and other devices. All that for about $300 a night! Very disappointed !!! Will never stay again in this hotel! No help at all!!!
-
It was a great location! And the ease of getting in and out was so great.
