Will Stay here again! Really nice clean quiet comfy beds in a good location. Coffee at Unravel was amazeballs! Break sando A+. Just fyi no clerk after a certain time so that was a little on me for not checking the emails properly but the contact person answered my call in good time. The hammock in the room was a fun touch!! Really liked this hotel!

Fantastic stay!! Great location!! Comfortable room!! Knowing that help staff is limited would have loved a lower rate.

Additionally, there seems to have been something in the driveway that provides access to the parking lot from the side streeet (not Broadway) that punctured my tires - 2 differeent tires, on the 2 different times I drove out of that exit. Not having staff onsite probably contributed to this problem not getting taken care of. I can only assume others had a similar experience.

Room was spacious with a great view from its balcony, clean, functional bathroom, comfortable bed, and easy check-in/checkout as well as reasonable price.

Rooms were very clean and updated it gave a European feel, staff was very helpful and polite.

Easy. Found some bugs in the room though. Coffee shop is good. Close to restaurants and things to do while walking. Most parking is covered.

It was obviously new and very clean. It will be nice when they figure it out We were traveling across country. Hoped for some WiFi access and quiet night of movies. We didn’t receive WiFi access until several hours after check out the following morning despite contacting hotel in a variety of ways at 8pm. The television wasn’t physically connected to internet and only showed an image of the previous hotel at the premises.

The hotel was good. Very different experience but all around good

The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell a recent renovation happened here. The location is great and easy to access restaurants and shops downtown. Parking was very accessible. I didn’t think I’d like not having staff working there and a front desk, but I’m a big fan now of having a key code to get into the building and my room! The fridge, microwave, and tea kettle were great in the room. Also there’s a stunning view out the front of the hotel!

World Cup time! The TV didn’t work! Hotel staff said they can’t get anyone to help! Only one outlet was available to charge phones and other devices. All that for about $300 a night! Very disappointed !!! Will never stay again in this hotel! No help at all!!!

It was a great location! And the ease of getting in and out was so great.

The checkin process was not smooth. We were supposed to receive an email with the door code and room number, but did not receive anything. I tried calling the hotel and there was no answer. We went to the attached coffee shop where staff member gave us the info, but told us our room may not be turned over (we were checking in at 4:10pm, checking time supposed to be 4:00pn). It was actually ready, and clean and comfortable. The attached coffee shop didn’t open until 7am, so we were unable to try it because we had to leave at 6:45am. Overall the hotel is nicely updated but the checkin process was not great, and there are few amenities.

This was a new experience for us, as far as we can tell, there is no staff onsite to check-in, check-out or to handle any issues you might have while staying at Gravity Haus. That being said, online check-in was simple as was check out. We had booked through Hotels.com and at check out we had $49 in resort fees that weren't included with what we paid through Hotels.com, so not sure if that is a Hotels.com issue or a Gravity Haus issue. Room was comfortable, except for the pillows, which had to be the worst pillows I've ever had at a hotel. Very thin and super soft. Fortunately there were 4 of them and I was able to use 3 to make sleep possible. The location of the hotel is great. Easy to get to everywhere in Missoula. Room was modern, comfortable and the shower was really nice. Only other complaint is that you hear everything from inside your room. We heard the conversation happening in the adjacent room through the walls, and you can hear everyone walking through the hallway. Another positive is that they are pet friendly. Would we stay there again? Maybe. Neighbor noise would be what would keep us away.

No fro t deK, code did not work to get in door. Finally received help and I was given the wrong room. Paid for king, balcony with Mountain View. Given small king with no balcony. To speak to someone I had to walk to the coffee shop they own. No other rooms available, no credit back. Was given a code to door that “works for everyone”, that was terrifying. No coffee pot in the room but a tea kettle, oh and hey if you want to swing from a hammock above the bed there’s that. No hair dryer in room. My husband again had to walk to coffee shop and then find someone for help. Room was way to expensive for what we got. It’s a NO for me!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet room. Parking was great and easily accessible. The check in was a little confusing, hotel entrance was not where I checked in and that was not clear. Overall, I’d stay here again.

This stay was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves with a nice room after camping. When we arrived after 4:00 our room wasn’t ready. When we got in the room it was not what we reserved. We were suppose to have a balcony with a Mountain View. Instead we got no balcony with a parking lot view. I made sure we stayed at a hotel with a restaurant and bar to watch the USA hockey game. When we arrived there was no restaurant or bar as advertised and the tv in the room only had You Tube. No general broadcast. When I checked in they tried to charge me a $17.00 resort fee. This is a hotel not a resort. I refused to pay. The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work as well. What was suppose to be a fun night at a hotel was a disaster. The room wasn’t inexpensive either at $339 a night. I think the description of the hotel and amenities were misleading and I feel I was taken advantage of. Deb Conley

The location is central, which was perfect for our trip! My only complaint is that I believe I was supposed to have a different room with a balcony and was downgraded. That was a bummer to have to pay more for that room and not end up getting it.

Be sure to check in online up to 24 hrs before to receive your codes to enter the property. There were other people there when we arrived who missed that detail and had been trying to get in for over an hour. There is no front desk or hotel staff to help you get in if you don't do your online check in process. The room was nice and clean and had good amenities. Property is walking distance to everything downtown. Perfect for our one night stay.

Parking a larger vehicle is a challenge, otherwise a decent place to stay.

    Nice view 👍
