Love this place, clean, well thought out, great bed, loved our stay! We were also just a short walk away from downtown. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Missoula.

Barebones property, elevated college dorm. Good location.

Very clean, and for the most part a good, quiet place to stay. The stairs need to be cleaned though. Also, one night the people next door were clearly smoking marijuana on the balcony and the smoke made its way into our room. It did not last long, thankfully. Otherwise I thought the hotel was great and I would for sure stay again with my family.

Manager/owner was super helpful getting us checked in as we were a bit early.

This is a great basecamp for all the downtown Missoula activities. Very clean and cute rooms!

Very clean, comfortable new rooms. There is an intentional DYI component with this property and Gravity Haus. There is no front desk or lobby. Patrons "check in" at the neighboring cafe' or online altogether. There are no room keys; everything is accessed by personal code to your room and the front entry. Booking through hotels.com creates an extra layer of communication that took some time to figure out. The property has some common areas and outdoor adventure amenities. Easy walking distance to downtown establishments. Altogether, I loved this property once I figured out check-in and navigation to my room.

Very clean and the coffee house is a nice touch. The breakfast choice were tasty. My only complaint would be the pillows. They are the square really really flat pillows. They put 4 pillows on a bed, I would like to see 2 of those pillows replaced with traditional pillows with more neck support. New pillows will help so much. I’ll bring my own next time I stay.

Such a cute property and the room…so cute and functional! Loved the little bakery/coffee shop next door! Very much worth the stay!

We never saw one staff person. It is self check in. The room was nice enough but the bathroom floor was quite dirty I found when I wiped water off of the floor

The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean. Outside had a nice sitting area. There is a little coffee shop or Cafe that's supposed to be part of the hotel the person in there wasn't very attentive when we went in. Although it's probably close to when they were closing we end up leaving and not getting anything. I believe my reservation was for mountain view but the view was not what I would call mountainous. We overlooked an alley way with some houses that we're not that well maintained. But overall we had a nice day there and I would recommend it. Especially since they allow dogs and our dog was comfortable there.

Great location for dropping our daughter off to University of Montana. Easy check in with code sent to us the day of our stay. Only suggestion is to bring a smaller car. Parking spots were challenging for me.

We loved the little hammock in the room. The beds were nice and big (unlike other places that state they have queen beds, but are really full sized). The location was very convenient to places for children, dining and shopping.

Loved Gravity Haus, in particular we really liked the large amount of shelf/storage space in the room. The keyless entry to the building was also nice. Thank you!

The room was clean. The accommodations were minimalist, but quite comfortable. We enjoyed having a hammock in our room! The staff in the café are quite helpful & friendly. The location of the Gravity Haus suited us perfectly. We were in town for a concert out at the KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, which is quite a drive and has limited parking. So there is a shuttle available through the Top Hat, Bar and Restaurant, and the walk to the Top Hat is only a couple blocks away. This downtown location is perfect for getting into town and walking around and for staying away from busy sidewalks and noisy cars as it’s just a few blocks from the main shopping, bars and eating area.

This was a weird experience because there was zero staff. I checked in with a code sent to my phone. This is not like other gravityhaus experiences. there was no bar. there were no people. I was one of three people staying there. the location is not in the thick of it, more like on the edge of town, I met some very standoffish unhoused neighbors. Bed was comfortable, hotel was fine, much of it was off limits, zero humans to be found. pretty weird.

It is a very simple hotel. No frills, but decent. Good location. Absolutely no wi-fi or cell service to do anything on the internet while in the room. Very frustrating.

Close to downtown, walking distance to about everything you could want. Courteous and friendly staff. Our go to while staying in Missoula!
