Shower flooded. Asked for a new room and the next room the only lights and plug ins that worked were in the bathroom.

Great hotel

I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again. The place was dirty and rundown. Some rooms smelled like cigarette smoke (we rented a total of 4 rooms that night because we were going to a local concert). The pool and hot tub were empty and full of leaves. The stairwells, walkways, walls, etc.,etc., could all use a good power washing/cleaning. I would not eat their continental breakfast offerings, because of my lack of trust on their cleanliness and food handling.

Loved the stay! Was a nice hotel, and the rooms were a great size.

The room I stayed in should be listed as a motel, the cleanliness not only in the botched room, but everywhere was just genuinely disgusting to me.

Disappointing room and property. It didn’t seem clean

I got a bad feeling about the hotel as I pulled in. You know, one of those hotels thats has permanent tenants. The lobby had not been cleaned since breakfast, there were flys circling the water melon rind in the garbage can as I walked by it, it was full. The next issue was the door, there were multiple doors with similar issues, but it took multiple try’s to enter the room, and it wasn’t the same problem each time. Loud noises from the parking lot at 10:00 pm. 5-10 minutes of fireworks, the kind you buy at the reservation, NOT safe and sane. Probably the most disappointing was a small spot on the bed which I smelled through the sheets, cat pee, permantly embedded in the mattress. For 150 bucks, I was totally disappointed. The shining spot of the stay were the staff. They were friendly and accommodating. They deserve raises for spot on customer service!

We walked in our room and it smelled like smoke. The AC was working nicely, but the smell was overwhelming. The bathroom was old and had chunks of missing floor. The shower didn't look clean. We did not stay.

Property clean but appeared a little run down. Breakfast was grab and go and pretty scarce. Asked front desk if had a hairdryer could use and they didn’t have one . Could see a space on wall where there used to be one in room. Price reasonable and area is ok.

Great price, clean, Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast has more items than most. Air conditioner was working. 100° outside.

This place smelled like smoke and the linens were ripped with holes.

I rented two rooms. They were literally old and falling apart. That wasn’t the problem. The problem was how dirty the walls were. The walls had dirty footprints in one room, dirty handprints in another room. in the shower They left the soap used from previous person. my husband‘s pillowcase was dirty with stains on it and our bed look like it wasn’t even washed. It wasn’t even tucked in. It was just like someone folded it up back in place. The floor was so dirty that we would not take our shoes off or walk barefoot because it was disgusting.

If I could do 0 stars I would.

It's a drug haven
