Staff: Made you feel like you inconvenienced them when you checked in. No housekeeping. Breakfast: Out of coffee at 8:45, pretty much gross cheap junk food. Ice and vending machine: Absolutely Filthy! Creepy.

Just nasty. Mold, holes in the walls. I won't be back.

Handicap room looked clean enough but was in terrible shape. Visibly scuffed walls, the latch lock was missing an essential part, the couch in the room was stained and sunken, the door to the room looked like it had too many struggles with someone trying to kick it in, the safety bar in the shower was loose and dangerously close to coming out. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in AND it was $187/night. Staff were great and so were morning burritos. This room was RANK and was reminiscent of Section 8 housing.

Room wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty. Spider webs on the ceiling.

Girl was friendly. Got in room and it was rough. I made a few jokes about it then things got a little sketchy. Nasty scrubs hanging around, dirty toilet, shower I can’t describe. Then went to eat because location is nice. While sitting there we were reading reviews and realized I made a mistake. Went back, handed in keys and went elsewhere! Be careful

We didnt realize it was in a "sketchy" part of town, which i use loosely because the location is no one's fault, especially not the hotel. We had a man follow us around the parking lot to ask us for a cigarette, and when we said no, he picked one off the ground. Which I then realized the while parking lot was covered in trash and had been for awhile. Kept cars locked and the room secure (which we usually do but triple checked) The bathroom door got stuck MULTIPLE times, to where we had to come "save" each other, so im glad we shared a room. The floors were clearly not swept or mopped, my feet turned black in about 10 steps, sadly, after taking a shower. The shower was grimy, yellow, and had more cracks than tiles. We had to use a hand towel for a bathmat because there was none, and the toilet had been used and never cleaned... and the desk/table had about 10 clean-made holes in it?? The staff when checking in seemed nice, until a housekeeper came in and started swearing heavily about rooms and guests and the front desk joined in, WHILE checking us in. I'd give 0 stars if I could. But I need to give one to let others know what its really like, if youre looking for a stay. Go literally anywhere else.

Room had a strange propane or gas like smell to it and fan in bathroom didn’t work. We were exhausted from driving and didn’t want to create a fuss. For being pet friendly there is zero grass for my dog to do her business. A few weedy patches where grass may have once been. Property was advertised with pool and hot tub but both have been closed for what looks like years. “Breakfast” was frozen gas station burritos, yami yogurt, nutrigrain bars, and coffee. When I told the guy at the counter the next morning about the smell in the room, he was immediately dismissive and did nothing to address the issue and blamed wildfire smoke for the propane smell. The Red Lion brand just isn’t what it used to be. I’d expect this type of room from a more budget brand like travel lodge or knights inn.

The front desk lady was friendly. The place is dated. The front lobby smelled like cigarettes. (Ol cigarette smell.) the room, upon walk in. curtains that don’t work well on their tracks, just flung to the sides. The big ol water stained red sofa, unappealing. My bed, had an fingernail and a hair in it. Went to front desk to let the lady know. She was helpful, and put us in another room. Same, curtains spread to the sides. Stained red couch, my shoes crackled on the floor, from sand or dirt. And, both beds had dark hair in them. Both rooms smelled musty. Definitely, not how it looked from the pictures. I called Expedia for a cancellation. As that’s what the front desk person, said I would have to go through that route. She was good about it, as she had to talk to the Expedia help desk person.

We stayed here for a concert , the location was the only positive . The hotel was absolutely disgusting, I’ve never been in a hotel so trashed . Room was filthy , looked like door had been broken into due to broken door frame . It was so gross. We will never stay here again and we recommend you don’t either .

Affordable, clean, and pet friendly. Also free breakfast.
-
This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the condom wrapper under the bed, homeless on the property, stained carpet, broken tv, broken bathroom fan, disgusting shower. This hotel needs to be condemned.

Mediocre. Dirty. Old. Sketchy
-
The outside was not maintained at all. The room was extremely shabby and the carpet was stained in many places. The bed was made with the wrong size fitted sheet and it would not stay on
-
Rooms smelled like smoke, low to no water pressure for shower. Room key stopped working on third time going in. Would not go back.
-
The room was clean, bed comfortable, and so were the pillows. We liked the exterior door to our room for entrance and exit.
-
The screws were stripped out of the door latch and AC unit cover was broken and hanging off the air conditioner, and the fan in the bathroom was removed and the ventilation ducting was exposed and open in the ceiling and the sink was not draining.
-
The staff were friendly and the food was good but the place is tired. We had dried apple and crumbs on the table. And the fold out couch mattress was covered in hair and stains.
-
A bit disappointed- shower pan nasty, tiles falling off wall in bathroom, and no fridge.
-
I walked in the door and turned around and left, very unclean. Also scary with homeless near by
