The staff was helpful and professional, friendly. They were the highlight of my stay. Everyone greeted me and when I left my bottled drink by the coffee station, someone from housekeeping came and brought it to me. Very nice people. The AC in my room worked well. My main light flickered if I turned it on, and I could have gotten a seizure from the high frequency flicker of the fluorescent bulbs malfunctioning. The second floor smelled like marijuana constantly. The ice machine on the second floor didn't work. The vending machine for drinks didn't work on the second floor. I had to go downstairs to the lobby each time I needed a snack or ice. There were a bunch of bikers who spent the night sitting in the parking lot, revving their bikes loudly enough to rattle my window on the second floor. On Sunday morning, the bikers all cranked up and revved their bikes about 7am. I should have just called the cops.

Convenience Employee parked at front door the entire day which should be for unloading luggage. It was there when we checked in and the next day. No carts when we arrived or checked out.

Terrible stay. Booked 2 rooms. The first room had a leaking ac unit and wet carpet. Whole room smelled of mold. Unbelievable they weren’t aware. They gave us alternate room. The second room we booked was dirty. Had a hypodermic needle in the ice bucket and opened box of condoms in the nightstand. Complained to front desk. It was over weekend and no manager on duty to address. Later received a call they would refund 25% of fees I paid. It’s been a week and no refund or callback.

This place was disgusting. Rust on door frames and fixtures, including the lamp bases on the desk and night stand. Carpet looked to be about 30 years old. Nothing about this place didn’t give me the heebie-jeebies.
