Clean property. Nice staff. Good area.

The room was not clean at all. The cleaning staff didn’t sweep or replace the toilet paper. The bedspread was covered in stains. The sheet had a hole in it. The room smelled like cat litter. I couldn’t fathom anyone staying there, or letting someone they care about stay in this hotel! I checked out due to everything listed above and the hotel wouldn’t refund me anything. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and again, there less than 30 minutes and ZERO refund! Absolute trash and the staff was clearly less than helpful!

If i could put zero stars i would. Front desk clerk beat on our doors demanding we check out when we got approved for a late checkout. We were working nights and none of my guys got any reat due to this inconvenience and never got an apology or anything after she realized she is the one who made the mistake. My company will never stay again.

Room was not very clean. The bath/ shower combo had pealing paint and mold on the ceiling. Breakfast had no refrigerator items like boiled eggs or yogurt. When checking in, the front desk staff did not even smile or welcome us as guests- she just asked our names and requested ID and credit card. Not very welcoming.

Room had a new thermostat that could be set to a temperature that you want, however, in about an hour it resets to the owner’s minimum temperature. A/C units don’t kick on consistently either. And the combination of the units not kicking on and the owner controlled temperature makes the room very warm during the day. It got up to 80 degrees in my room during the day while I was trying to sleep. It’s pretty sad that the hallway was at least 10 degrees cooler than my room. I’ve had heat exhaustion before and trying to sleep in an 80 degree room is like asking to have one of the recurring, nauseating attacks that one gets. Do better!!!

Room was dirty, refrigerator still had left over food from previous occupants inside, TV did not work. Desk was notified of TV, were told maintenance would be down in 30 minutes to repair, after 2 days no one had shown up, TV still not working when we checked out.

Cos: The room smelled musty as soon as I walked in. The carpet was damp, and I did not feel comfortable walking around without socks on. I had to ask for pillowcases when I arrived, because there were none on the pillows. Every bath towel was ripped, stained, or both.

The room was NOT cleaned. The room smelt like cigarette smoke! The comforter had burns in it. The sheets were stained with red. The pillows were YELLOW! I had to go buy sheets and cleaning products to clean the restroom myself! When I wiped everything down, the Clorox wipes were brown!! This location has a group rating for our team, and though I only booked for 2 nights , i found out I needed a 3rd night and the hotel told my husband on multiple occasions he would need to talk to manager, then they would “call him back” but never did. I arrived at the hotel (I traveled 9’hours from South Texas!) and the hotel wouldn’t honor the 3rd night at the same discount! They said I had to make my own reservation and I paid 300 to stay in my same room (that I cleaned myself) for that crap! Oh and forget about towels!!! They don’t have towels on multiple occasions. The towels in my room were dirty and had holes and some shredded! I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!

Elevators not working..thankfully gave me first floor...gym she said is " not working .." at first the staff said it is opened 24/7......found a towel with holes in my room, shower was not cleaned ...not best service but grateful

Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which is unacceptable for a hotel room. These issues substantially affected the quality of our stay and did not meet the standard accommodations that were advertised and paid for.

Good location and staff was helpful

Worst stay ever would have moved except everything that weekend was sold out. Elevator didn’t work. Toilet in room didn’t work and we had three travelers they wouldn’t give us an extra towel for the additional traveler. Never again will I stay at a QI.

First thing was the elevator was broken. Then we get in the room, we couldn't turn the TV on because the batteries in the remote was dying. Next, the towels were dingy looking, it's like they weren't washed. Last, the toilet stop flushing.

This hotel need to be shut down. It is not CLEAN or sanitary. It has roaches. The elevator is not working. Only parts of the building have A/C. The rooms have HORRIBLE file odors.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is dated and the elevator does not work. Hotels next to it are comparable in price but seem way cleaner and newer. This should be priced way lower

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. I can not understand why. The elevator was broken, 2 of the 3 ice machines were broken, and the laundry facility was out of order. The room was ok, clean. I have stayed at other Quality Inns that were better than this one. It may have been better then other hotel options in the area, however for the price, it was not good.

The elevators were broken, we could not take a shower because the bath tub was dirty, the towels were dingy. Nothing clean about anything.

Would not stay here again. The elevator and the ice machine did not work. Breakfast was sad and not appetizing. They put 4 couch cushion pillows on our bed to use and a fitted sheet that did not fit the bed. Every morning all four corners of the sheet were pulled ho and off. The room was gross and dirty and the towels we got each day were yellow or smelled. Not the worst place I have stayed, but ai will not stay again.

Breakfast….ok Room ……comfortable Elevator was. Not working….wasnt working couple weeks ago either….unacceptable Ice machine on bottom floor not working……again Had 3 different families in my group…..started out a disaster ,unable to do rooms on 1st floor…at first… Lady at front desk did a wonderful job of placing us all on first floor…..she was extremely nice and did accommodate us. Will be returning to that area but uncles problems aren’t addressed,won’t be staying there

The elevator was not working and when talked to the staff it had been down for quite awhile. We had 3 rooms and not nearly enough towels per room. The staff especially night shift were not very helpful at all. One rooms shower was really in bad shape. And kids would not even use it
