The room was horrible had holes and mold on the ceiling and walls. I wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone! The people obviously don’t care about the rooms or the customers!

Terrible decision to try to stay here. No refrigerator in the room. Went to office and First Lady said she’d move me. Went to get my stuff out of the room and by the time I got back to office there was a Second Lady. She proceeded to harshly tell me they were almost sold out and couldn’t move me but said they’d bring me one, but it never came. So I had to move all my stuff back into the room I had just taken all my stuff out of. And for being almost sold out the parking lot was not full so I’m sure that wasn’t true. None of the ice machines worked. Cigarette burn all over the edge of the tub. AC would only get the room to probably 75 degrees even when set on 60 degrees. Smoke detector was laying an a counter not connected. Random 9V battery on the counter. I will never stay here again.

I didn't like anything because I had roaches and still waiting on booking.com to refund me Roaches and uncleanliness. Staff was rude and booking.com has yet to refund me because I refused to stay with roaches

Horrible el baño vandalizado, bañera vieja el piso de la bañera no sirve tienen que remodelar todo puerta y inodoro. NO lo recomiendo y tan caro una noche horrible con olores fuerte de marihuana imprenada en el ambiente. No lo promociones, puedo solicitar el rembolso?

Ok place to sleep but old and not well taken care of. There is lots of dining within walking distance.

There isn't any breakfast. Staff was rude and unwilling to work with us. Staff doesn't honor guest wishes. Very intrusive

I asked the front desk for clean towels, but the employee told me they could not leave the desk because they were the only person working. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the towels and other basic supplies were never restocked. I also saw roaches in the room repeatedly. The room and property felt so unsanitary that I eventually had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. This location needs major improvements in housekeeping, pest control, staffing, and overall property maintenance. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The property was not maintained well. The air-conditioning was not running properly. The toilet was leaking. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I truly had to.

It's ok if u can't afford a four Star hotel but room needs a lot of upgrades

The room was dirty with viable mold on the ceiling and hair all over the bathroom floor. The night manager was rude and could have cared less to help me.
