This place is not kept up and sketchy people all around.

Staff has been so good to us. Itty bitty low to the floor toilet is tough when you have a bad back.
-
Location and pet friendly. Stranger knocking on door late at night. No elevator.

It was a fairly clean place to spend one night. There was a Mexican restaurant just across the parking lot I didn’t eat there but they were rather busy so I guess people enjoyed their food. My bed was comfortable I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than one night as it did not feel safe there. But it served its purpose on my way back to Texas.

Perfect location for restaurants. We stayed 2 nights for a softball tournament, and they cleaned my room each day. Overall, good experience. Cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Ice machine was broken (long time ago). Floor in room was wet from seeping water from bath.

So the kid that checked us in was very nice and when we left five hours later, the kid that was there was very nice. The room was not clean and it is in disrepair. I cannot believe that they can charge that much for a room that looks like that and is maintained like that. I would’ve gladly paid double for a room somewhere else had I known that that’s what we were getting.

the room was dirty sheets were dirty

There were roaches in my room and I wasn’t pleased at all.

Bathtub had a large rust stain on it, Bathtub drain trap corroded, TV did not work. No coffee maker. The room had cockroaches.

Housekeeping, had apparently used the restroom, number2 and didn't flush. The floor wasn't swept very well. No way to keep outside lighting from coming through the windows. Told staff about the toilet , was told I'm sorry . No coffee in the room, and when we went to the lobby, the attendant was not available. So, no coffee from the lobby either.
-
Plenty of Hispanic men hanging out, drinking beer, playing music into the night. Thankfully the AC and TV drowned them out. The coffee in the lobby is worse than horrible...but they at least tried. Cracker Barrell is down the street behind the motel. All in all, it was a good cheap night's stay.

Run down, worn out. Poor finishes. Needs a serious amount of refurbishment even for a modestly priced hotel (which it was NOT) on a Friday night.

They gave away my reservation

On top of that, while I was driving up from Florida, they called halfway through my trip to say they didn't have a room for me, even though I booked in advance. After I argued, they called back saying they now had availability. I have no idea how they're still in business renting rooms in this condition. I ended up driving another hour to Arkansas to stay at a decent hotel. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible experience.

We arrive and found roaches. None of our 6 rooms had adequate towels. We also found old opened ketchup packets. Not a great experience
