Room was clean and staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. The sheets on the bed were well worn but clean and neat; however, one may want to think about new ones. Also, there is no elevator to the second floor and there are no luggage carriers/trolleys; this is not good for us elderly folks. Luckily, there was a king size handicap room on the first floor and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in locating the room we needed and making the change for which we were very grateful.

We stayed in Room 219 Two queens and sofa bed and the room was very spacious, clean and smelled amazing. The pool area also was very clean and nice.

The pool was nice as well as well as the breakfast the next morning. The bed was absolutely horrible. It sunk towards the middle plus just generally uncomfortable. We were up late, so we slept in. Check out wasn't until 11 am. It was shortly after 9 am. The cleaning service knocked and we told them we wouldn't be checking out until between 10:30-11am. Well they knocked 2 more times before 10 am then the one lady pestered my wife 2-3 more times when she was going back and forth from the room to our car. Mentioned it to the lady at check out and she just made excuses and never even apologized until my wife got a bit upset.

Our one night stay couldn't have been better! And the breakfast was amazing! So many wonderful choices. And, Mariah at the desk when we checked out was so polite and helpful!

The ceiling fan. Our WiFi code didn't work, and we got a new one, but that didn't work either. We also asked for a pillow for the sleeper sofa and were told they didn't have any extra pillows.

Convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants. The carpet in the room had a slight odor but not too bad. Probably should consider removing carpet.

She let us check in and go to room Had to explain that we were only staying a few hours because she wasn't going to let us in. Was there 3 hours and paid a high rate and she said it may even cost me more. My 35 year old son had a heart attack and I had to get from west Texas to Camp Lejuine NC

The room smelled nice due to already having to cancel at another location for horrible smell would’ve been okay stay had the towels not been brown and hairy as my son described them also the let out bed on the couch was absolutely disgusting covered in feces and urine I called front desk and was informed they were sold out so couldn’t move rooms I asked if they could come clean and change bedding I was told NO due to no housekeepers being there so my guest pretty much slept on the floor totally unacceptable and all they accommodated with was 15% off the total a little over $20 I will never ever return or suggest to anyone save your time and money mine was a waste
