Our one night stay couldn't have been better! And the breakfast was amazing! So many wonderful choices. And, Mariah at the desk when we checked out was so polite and helpful!

She let us check in and go to room Had to explain that we were only staying a few hours because she wasn't going to let us in. Was there 3 hours and paid a high rate and she said it may even cost me more. My 35 year old son had a heart attack and I had to get from west Texas to Camp Lejuine NC

The do it yourself breakfast was cool and the staff was nice The fact the did have alot of towels and the wifi was bad

The room smelled nice due to already having to cancel at another location for horrible smell would’ve been okay stay had the towels not been brown and hairy as my son described them also the let out bed on the couch was absolutely disgusting covered in feces and urine I called front desk and was informed they were sold out so couldn’t move rooms I asked if they could come clean and change bedding I was told NO due to no housekeepers being there so my guest pretty much slept on the floor totally unacceptable and all they accommodated with was 15% off the total a little over $20 I will never ever return or suggest to anyone save your time and money mine was a waste

The location of the hotel ; its easy access to the highway and restaurants. The staff is nice. The bed waa so uncomfortable, hard and lumpy. Room didn't smell fresh, smelled stuffy and old.

Nothing the room didn’t have any blankets for the pull out sofa the long bed didn’t have a real blanket it was just sheets The room was full of smoke smell they try to clean it up with a somewhat cleaning solution but it made it worse

I booked a room two months ago. I came to check in and they said they had given my room away.

Manager was responsive to our complaints, room was clean Top sheet on the bed was ripped and sheets were worn, stopper in sink was not connected to plunger, so it would not drain the sink, too much air freshener/cleaner smell in the air, facility was very old and worn,

Nothing They moved us the the nasty quality inn. I paid for a suite at the BW but I was charged the same amount for a double at Quality Inn. It was dirty and stinky. I was not given the option to cancel and book elsewhere
