Location to food outlets was convenient. No sheets or blankets for sofa bed or towel for 3rd person. Luke warm water in shower and low pressure. Uncomfortable beds

It comes with a free breakfast. I just wish they would add more real food and not processed or junk food.

Staff that greeted us and checked us in was very nice and helpful. She told us places to visit and was very attentive and friendly. It was a smooth easy check in and out.

Great location and still very quiet. My only critique is the linens and towels are extremely poor quality. Towels are thread bare and dingy. Sheets are very thin with excessive pilling. Breakfast is good. Stayed here twice in a 10 day period in two separate rooms.

The room was clean. I had no complaints at all. I took advantage of the breakfast before leaving for home.

Located in kind of a sketchy area with insufficient parking in a very dark lot. Rooms are in need of updating with very uncomfortable mattresses. Our shower did not drain properly. Would not recommend this hotel without major changes for safety and comfort.

The breakfast was great and so was the location. The rooms need to be better cleared and the beds were horrible. The rooms need new mattresses and better pillows. I felt as though I was sinking to the floor.

Breakfast was excellent. The sheets on the bed were well worn but clean and neat; however, one may want to think about new ones. Also, there is no elevator to the second floor and there are no luggage carriers/trolleys; this is not good for us elderly folks. Luckily, there was a king size handicap room on the first floor and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in locating the room we needed and making the change for which we were very grateful.
