The rooms had mole in them, they were rusty, the front counter agent was very rude.

The room was clean. The beds were too soft. This was a handicap room but no walk-in shower. The bathtub did not have anti-slip strips and was very slick.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay and a very good value in West Monroe, this is the right place! Rooms were quiet and clean, and breakfast was spot on.

Property was convenient clean breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Did you take a small issue with the bathroom in my room? Don’t know about the bathroom in my mother‘s room as I booked two separate rooms, but both rooms are clean, but my room the water in the tub when taking a shower would pool up instead of draining

Room wasn’t clean and the air conditioner was working properly. Door barely shut and it wouldn’t lock. Toilet didn’t flush properly either. Water pressure for the shower was decent.

Fire Alarm went off middle of night One man said that was 2 time in a week Morning staff not friendly Bean bag size pillows not comfortable at all Seems not as what it could have been to accommodate guest

We arrived around 10:30 pm. The door to our room did not lock, we were able to push the door open when we checked into it. It did not lock when it was shut, we had to deadbolt it. Then, went to take a shower before bed and the shower did not work. It was too late to get into changing rooms so we made do. Reported it the next morning to the cleaning person on the floor and to the customer service as we checked out who said she would report it to the manager. We ask if we would receive any compensation and that the manager would decide and issue credit or not. We ask if we had recourse if we did not receive some type of compensation or would we get a call or email and she said she could email us. Have not heard as of this date.

Very dated, and the room smelled like cigarettes. The tub in the bathroom had hair in it. I won't be staying there again.

what is shown on web is not what was available the weight room was a storage area and pool out of order and not given time to open back up and rom not clean
