Nothing The room was not clean the tv wasn’t working I took picks. I told the lady the tv wasn’t working she said no maintenance there to work on it

Check in was very difficult, the room we were put in was terrible. It was humid and damp and smelled like mold. The room was also not very clean. And we got no sleep because a crew with motorcycles was allowed to stay in the parking lot all night playing loud music and revving the motorcycle engines. The stay was absolutely miserable.

Everything. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was constantly cleaning up. The dining area was really nice and well kept up. There was anything that I didn’t like.

Location I always get a king bed room. At this particular stay the bed kept lifting and sliding when I sat on the side.

The second night there the floor was mysteriously wet. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The amenities were also great. Breakfast was as good as continental breakfast is! Very disappointed at the room being covered in visible mold.

The phones in the rooms don’t work. I asked the front desk and they said they have been down for months. The elevator worked 2 times out of 10. The only ice machine that worked was the one in the first floor. There is a huge lack of restaurants to walk to. There are three next door but all were boarded up. You do have the option of door dash - so that was nice. If this were the last place available next year - I’ll sleep in my car. That was terrible. The only saving grace was the staff - from the room attendants to the front desk - so sweet. But the owner needs to be responsible and get things fixed and updated so the staff doesn’t have to spend the majority of their time apologizing.

Juice machine out of order for breakfast. Furniture missing from room (Ottoman but no chair or sofa). Full length mirror was missing from wall. Toilet was coming off floor.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping didnt clean the room one day just because we were staying over. When they did clean it smelled like they wiped down or mopped with a sour mop or rag.

Water seeping through the floor. Looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in a while. Front door from the inside was filthy. Faucet was wobbly. Non-smoking but cigarette burns on comforter. Stains on bed sheets. Drunk people lying on the side walk across from our room and alcohol consuming going on.
