Friendly front desk receptionist. The room wasn't very clean, not enough towels were in the room, the toilet wasn't clean, a nightstand was missing!

Property was ok. Shower head was broken and water was spraying all over the place. Hallways smelled horrible needed to be clean. Covers are very much too thin.

Having a stove Everything was disgusting , even the front desk ladies attitude was horrible! I can honestly say this is the worst hotel ive ever had and worst customer service ive ever had as well!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Fridge was super rusty . We kept smelling a stinch and I look under the sink and see food all over the pipes . Roaches are coming from every Crack possible . Whoever cleans these rooms must have given up at this point because everything was beyond gross . The lady at the front desk is a pain , she's a huge smart butt for no reason . She's very rude and the worst front desk person I've ever encountered. She needs to smile more and not be so serious. This hotel is clearly understaffed and it shows. It looks nice on the outside !!! (That's where they get you ) but let me tell you.... the INSIDE , aka YOUR ROOM is a whole other story honey. Those roaches will come say hello shortly after you get in your room .... big roaches and little baby ones it makes me want to throw up even thinking about it. Oh and the AC UNIT IS BEYOND DISGUSTING!!!!! it got me and my kids sick !!! I was wondering while we were all.getting sick and I look in the vent and see what the heck were breathing in . This hotel really just needs to be shut down !!!!!! 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. especially for the freaking ridiculous prices they charge !!!! They're insane in the membrane .

Front desk was closed from 10pm to 9am. I need an iron and was not able to get one before I had to leave for a meeting. Minor inconvenience.

It was in a good area with lots of things to do around the hotel It smelled wet everywhere it was not clean and the water did not get hot I had to take a cold shower

Person at the front desk was nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not properly maintained, the refrigerator was rusted, the microwave was broken, there were no soap on the bathroom. The hallway smelled like if someone was cooking fish. Also, last night when going to use the elevator, it was smelling like poop, like if someone had taken a dump in the elevator. A lady who was at the front desk, who took the elevator with me apologized because of that smell. Definitely, this hotel charges too much for what they provide. It needs better maintenance and cleanness.

The staff were very helpful and sweet.

The lady at the front desk was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel was very clean. Toiletries provided meant a tiny bottle of shampoo. No conditioner. No soap. Two tiny, thin towels.

The location This hotel was very run down. Smelt like marijuana, not very clean, air conditioning was leaking, the mattress covers were dirty, the comforter is sheet thin, and we even talked to some girls late one night who were leaving because they found bed bugs.

Floor was sticky and disgusting. Water was coming out of the floorboards and the solution the front desk had was a towel. But we were given a discount because of the floor but we ended up staying for about an hour of our 2 day trip. It smells like weed and toes. The microwave might be a nuclear weapon. Our door looked like the police busted in and there was scratch marks on the bathroom door. We were asked to sign a no refund paper upon check in and now I understand why. ZERO kitchenware and if you want an iron you have to go to the front desk and you also have to bring your dirty towels up to the front in order to receive new ones which is quite odd. The area is quite sketchy and felt a tad unsafe. I wouldn’t wish a week here on my worst enemy. My dog has better living conditions at the vet.

The room was clean. Could use a couple of little updates Could not sleep do to parking lot lighting My wife woke up at 2 am (I was still awake) and asked why time it was and I told her 2 AM and she said but it’s daylight out side. I told her know that the lights from the parking lot. All that was covering the window was a white mini blind and you could see shadows as people walked by. Room could have used a black out curtains

The room was very dirty. Dog food on the floor. No curtain, only a broken blind that allowed people walking by outside to see in. Had to take bed cover off and use it as a curtain. The bathroom was nasty with hair stuck to the shower wall. No floor mat in bathroom, no hand towels. Front desk closes at 10p and opens at 9am so no one there to complain to because we had to leave early for an event. Definitely not worth the price. Would NOT recommend!

The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Having various restaurants nearby was definitely a plus. Regarding the room, the room was somewhat clean. I found strands of hair on various parts of the toilet; the clean towels even had some hair on them. The walls in the room as well as in the shower could've been cleaned better. There are spots on the wall that could use a fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable, so no complaints there. My biggest complaint will have to be the fact that hot water wasn't a thing; I took a shower and it was cold. After 20 or so minutes of letting the shower run, the water became a little hot, but not hot enough. There was a foul odor in the stairwell. My stay wasn't all that bad, but there are definitely things that the hotel needs to look at improving and that'll start with giving the rooms a nice touch-up. Also, it'd be nice if all the rooms have an iron and ironing board without having to ask for them. I received an ironing board, but the hotel staff couldn't locate an iron for me, so I just went without ironing my clothes.
