The front desk lady was disrespectful she made me wait til after 3pm and the she said it bc my fiance is white made us feel some type of way

Also, the staff was not very professional. The general manager, Betty, was very combative when we voiced our concern via phone call. Instead of approaching our grievances with care and compassion, she got rather defensive and hostile. Then there was a staff member on site who had a friend behind the desk on premises with her. I say she was a friend rather than co-worker because she did not have a name tag, uniform, or anything that presented that she worked there. The friend was behind the desk where there was confidential paperwork, with customers information present which presents a hazard. This friend also brought a dog into the lobby, and had it roaming around without a leash. The only employee that had a professional representation was the lady I checked in with. I was not sure what her first name was, but her last name was White. In conclusion, we were so uncomfortable during this stay that my wife and I decided to make a 4 and a half-hour trip back home that night. We did not complete the duration of our stay, due to the events we experienced.

The room has a full-size fridge, a cook top, and microwave. Even though I only booked a single queen bed room, we got a room with two queen beds for the same price. The tub was a bit rough. The plumbing was loose in the wall, you had to be careful turning on the shower and the shower head was at a strange angle and hard to adjust being loose. Overall, the room was clean, the location of the property was easily accessible to the highway and for one night, it was perfect for our needs. The staff was outstanding!

The floor was very dirty. Drywall was busted in a few areas. The floor of the shower was cracked and felt as if you were going to fall through. The shower head was terrible and either was full massage or barely anything. Air conditioner worked great

This hotel never disappoints. The staff is always nice and efficient. The rooms are spacious and clean. I also really appreciate the added layer of security with a key required to access guest areas. Did I mention the price isn't bad either?

There was no staff available during my entire stay! There was a roach on my countertop in the bathroom and there was trash in my trash cans when I walked in my room!

Dead bugs everywhere in room. Live bugs as well. There was hair on counter. Just all around gross.

I like the friendly staff, the lower level room they give me, the full size refrigerator, the comfy bed, the location, the clean room and proximity to IHOP or Waffle House for breakfast in the morning Nothing, it was all good

No noise insulation, pathetic shower pressure

Family stay for one night. The front desk area smelled of marijuana. I had to get up in the middle of the night and use the restroom and there were three little roaches I killed in the bathroom. Killed another roach in the morning. Will never stay here again.

Nothing about it The facility is not for a regular night's stay, it was an extended stay facility. The facility was not clean and had a smell. It did not seem safe as well.

Great Location! Easy Check In And Staff Was Very Nice The Room Needs To Be Updated! It Was Not The Cleanest Especially In The Bathroom Area!

Roaches. A stopped up sink. A toilet that wouldn’t fill up. Having to brush our teeth in the kitchen sink. Filling the trash can with water to flush the toilet. Broken AC. Inattentive staff.
