Everything was amazing, from the time we parked to check in, all the way till we checked out. They focus on professionalism and they are punctual. The location is the best, the rooms are extremely nice and the building is solid. You don't hear neighbors or outside street crowds.

Our stay at Intercontinental was fabulous. All of the staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was clean and I loved the Nespresso machine. I looked forward to the coffee every morning. We were also impressed with the breakfast! We had the honey toast (I believe it’s called) with fresh strawberries. Couldn’t get enough, ordered it a second time. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay; the staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The only issue was the size of the beds. We had double queen beds, but they felt more like twin beds, so we didn’t get the best night's sleep. Overall, it’s a great hotel located in a fantastic area.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The Restaurant C was beautiful and food were great and our Waiter was very nice and friendly!

The hotel and staff were top notch. We really loved being able to valet our car and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go...! Beautiful hotel, great staff, beautiful Monterey!

The hotel is in a great spot but the beds are not super comfy and the pool and gym are small and just not what I’d expect for this level of a hotel. It was just fine.

Supposedly it's a good hotel but we had booked a sea view with balcony. There was no balcony and the curtains were thorn up with only a partial sea view.

Everything was great was problem with the credit card but they resolved in a peaceful and wonderful matter

All the staff was friendly and very helpful

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers.

Great place right next to the aquarium. Beautiful rooms and helpful staff.
