All the staff was friendly and very helpful

Everything was great. I thought the parking was included, but apparently not.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Monterey Bay Aquarium. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The valet, bellhop, and maid service people were especially courteous and attentive. Check-in was average; checkout person was rude. We had trouble sleeping because the bed was too soft. I think the mattress has seen better days. The room refrigerator was completely packed with in-room drinks. There was no room for us to put in our own water, snacks, or leftovers.

Great place right next to the aquarium. Beautiful rooms and helpful staff.

We have stayed here on several occasions & will continue to visit it in the future. YOU SHOULD TOO! Awesome location right in the heart of Cannery Row - 1 block from The Monterey Bay Aquarium; a staff that is very efficient and friendly; many room types & options - like gas fireplaces (it can get cold in Monterey), very romantic -- great beds & the pillows are like clouds; full spa; a restaurant that is one of the better hotel restaurants we've encountered in our travels; & finally, it's right next to the original Bubba Gump restaurant - talk about atmosphere! I could go on and on but the fun is in discovering it for yourself - I RARELY take the time to write reviews, good or bad... but I would recommend this hotel to anyone anytime. Enjoy!

The valet parking was very slow and inconvenient. The "ocean View with Balcony" was a joke. The "Juliet" balcony was unusable and the view was only partial ocean view- not what I asked for or expected.....The room service for breakfast was excellent and the hotel Restaurant "C" was outstanding......

Lovely hotel in an awesome location. Room was spacious and had a separate large bathroom with a bath tub which made my wife very happy. 😀. My only complaint was with the shower. Was a bit small (I’m 6’2” and the shower door leaked terribly. There was a puddle of water on the floor both times I used the shower.

It was clean! Helpful and friendly staff. Food was great.

The property was perfect. Clean, well maintained and the staff was kind and always ready to help. The only thing we had to watch the charges on our bill. For some reason they were charging an extra $10 a day for Valet parking. They were apologetic and fixed the problem daily.

The staff is nice and location is great. Ridiculously overpriced for what you actually get. I will never do that again.
