Clean and helpful staffs

This is one of our favorite hotels. You cannot beat the view and it's so easy to walk to everything. Absolutely a must stay if you want a cute boutique experience with a vibe.

INCREDIBLE stay!! Loved the complimentary breakfast, room service is speedy, well worth every penny for a fabulous room design + cleanliness - fireplace, bedding/pillows, and bathroom were all perfection. One of the best stays on my pacific coastal solo roadtrip!! Seriously! :)

The ocean view The furniture was dated and the price extremely high

Extremely clean and updated room with comfortable bedding and furniture. My husband frequently took naps on the window seating (often dozing off while people watching). The fireplace was a great feature in the evening with a glass of wine and charcuterie plate. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Our go to place in Monterey. We love the service and always enjoy our stay here. Great location as well.

Clean room nice view right on Cannery Row

Every single staff member we came across was very helpful and wonderful. The room itself felt like a destination and was the coziest stay we’ve been to with the window facing the water, the fireplace, and everything else. The breakfast to the room is such a nice touch too. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Very nice, professional, and helpful staff. The inn was very accommodating. All expectations were met and exceeded!

Location was close to what we wanted to see. Staff were friendly. Shady business practices and hidden fees. Problems with the room. Loud whistling toilet, smoke alarm kept going off, no AC, un finished and damaged bathroom, parking is horrible, neighbors door and janitor door were right next to our room. Every time they open or close the door it was super loud. Beach was crowded with homeless and kids all day and night. Appeared to be no law enforcement . It became really annoying to have to call the front desk for everything, including late breakfast and ice

Characterful charm and stunningly beautiful rooms The breakfast was so and so, but still it was a wonderful experience having it delivered in the room!

Location was perfect! The view from our room was beautiful! Needed more of a variety of choices for breakfast.

Beautiful decor and architecture. Clean room, sauna, and can’t beat the location and its proximity to everything. Noise from Canary St. I knew it going into it. If you’re a light sleeper, might be rough to have a room facing the street. If not, it’ll drown out like white noise.

Room was very nice and old fashioned. No air conditioning in the building. And off building parking.

Love location; breakfast was continental only. Parking was a little pricey (unexpected).

Location, location, location Nothing

We celebrated our anniversary with a weekend stay. We enjoyed how quaint the hotel was, the friendliness of the staff, the wine and cheese social hour. The location was fantastic, close to the aquarium, great dining locations and shops. We appreciated how special the staff made our anniversary stay.
