Nice hotel in downtown.

Nice location. Walkable to restaurants and waterfront. Clean and spacious room. Big screen TV with lots of channels. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows are a bit too soft to my liking. No AC but it’s not needed as it’s quite chilly during our stays in late June. There is a gas powered fireplace in our room. We didn’t use it but it could be very useful during cooler months. Complimentary breakfast but the selection was very limited and same selections repeated for three days. Enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine 5-6pm everyday. Friendly staff. One drawback is poor sound-proof as we could hear the noise from upstairs and our next doors sometimes. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this hotel.

Really perfect location of far from the Aquarium, excellent rooms with a fireplace and balcony, complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese. It’s got it all! Next time I’m in Monterey, this is my choice.

Great location near canary row. Clean rooms. No A/C in rooms. Breakfast was decent and appreciated that it was included as well as daily happy hour. Parking at $17/day was also reasonable. Would stay here again.

2nd floor rooms transmit lots of sound to the first floor unit beneath them.

I like that the hotel staff accommodated us with our favorite room that we have stayed in numerous trips. I wish that they would change up the food items for breakfast every now and then..

Light to my taste

Great location, quiet area but close to Cannery Row attractions. Friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable rooms. Car parking on site was expensive and the breakfast choice was the same every day.

Great breakfast

Clean room, a bit old building and infrastructure. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. Parking with fee, definitely worth it. You can parking whole day even after check out.

The location,friendly helpful staff and complimentary breakfast. We were able to stay in their parking garage until 5pm the day we checked out.
