Victorian Inn

The location close to Cannery Row is a godsend. The staff were welcoming and cordial. Got to experience the wine and cheese afternoon happy hour, and the people helped me relax after a long day of walking up and down Monterey. My road m was clean, odor-free, and quiet. Only issue I had was the screen door stuck and was hard to open. Otherwise I can't wait to go back.

Wines were as again always quite a treat! The close location to many famous and top notch restaurants just short distances from the Victorian makes for a wonderful fun experience! This was of many times we have stayed here in our 50 plus anniversary celebrations!! We will certainly hopefully celebrate many more here. The rooms were always clean and very well appointed with appropriate furnishings for the original 1906 construction, with all the modern amenities of present day expectations!! There is also off street parking in their private under the hotel parking and convenient elevators to The room floors. Bill and Chris Fultz

The front desk staff acted like they hated their jobs and guests were annoying. The parking lot smells like chlorine so the kids thought there was a pool then were sorely disappointed. Lots of dust on the ceiling fan and vents. It was ok. Paying for location.

Pillows were flat shower head water barely flowed out. Breakfast was good beds comfortable. Great location

Best not to be on second floor under those noisy vent fans. We couldn't sleep at all. At first I thought it was a fan in the bathroom but later when I spoke to the guy at the front desk he told me what it was. We managed to get them turned off as we couldn't get moved to a room on the first floor. Appreciate they did that for us. Overall nice place.

Great location, great service, nice breakfast and the early evening wine and cheese was a nice touch.

The breakfast was supposed to be continental, so we weren’t expecting much. However there were hot food options, fresh fruit like strawberries , and a variety of pastry options. I loved their breakfast.
