The B&B is a historic and unique place with a nice garden. Due to the historic nature of the place, our room was very small and quite hot.

Owners Rick and Susanne were very nice, and Dorothy was wonderful. They provided very good service. The wine and homemade appetizers were very tasty. Great cookies and free water and sodas. The breakfasts were very good. Jabberwock was nicely decorated and we liked our room with a view of the bay. Nothing, everything was great

What a charming place! My husband and I loved staying in this cozy craftsman home. We loved the spacious Borogove room with a lovely view of the water. The location is on a quiet, residential street and yet was super close to Cannery Row, the Monterey Aquarium and several restaurants and shops. We appreciated the convenience of the dedicated parking. Breakfast was available each morning, rotating between sweet and savory, each one delicious! The innkeepers were very accommodating. We ended up doing happy hour there every night too as their snacks and wine were excellent. There are many common areas to enjoy outside of the room and a lovely, lush yard. We loved our stay, and would return without reservation. We were there in fall and loved the many, cozy fireplaces. The hosts were so kind and experienced. We wanted to be chatty and they happily obliged, regaling us with stories of the Inn and the history of the area. They will help you create a fantastic experience. I highly recommend a stay here.

Just a beautiful bnb! Suzanne and Rick really put their all into providing an excellent experience. The breakfasts are elegant as well.

This was our fourth time at the property over the past 12 years. It's always a pleasure to return.

The location was excellent, however the breakfast wasn’t to our taste. It looked lovely and was home cooked however as being British it wasn’t to our liking It was too fussy for a breakfast . Something simpler in our opinion would have been much more suitable for breakfast

Of all the places we visited on our 9 day road trip this was our most favorite spot. The rooms were adorable and we loved the couple's jet spa in our bedroom. The bed was super comfortable. The breeze in the room was delightful. The staff, both the innkeeper and the owner, were so nice and helpful. They had lots of great suggestions for around town. The food they served was delicious. I loved both the wine and appetizer hour and the breakfast dishes. I just wish I had remember to get one of their cookies! Literally, nothing. 10/10 would absolutely go back here again!

Location, quietness and owners were very pleasant. Due to back injuries the bed was a bit soft for me.
