Wave Street Inn

The location is very convenience for aquarium and Cannery Row, but it’s not good insulting , it’s noisy at night when I was there. The room is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing!

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach and cannery row. No microwave, horribly loud from guests walking and slamming doors all night.

This is a motel, not an inn or hotel. There is no lobby and there are no amenities. The location is good. It’s a short walk to cannery row. For the price you can get a hotel.

Very nice hotel near the Monterey Bay Aquarium and within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf and many restaurants and shops. Beautiful view of Monterey Bay.

Staff was great. We were greeted right away, given local recommendations and a bag of snacks. The room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It could have used more attention to detail as far as deep cleaning goes but it was in no way “filthy”. It smelled a bit old and musty when we first entered the room but that seems to be typical of anything near the ocean. The fire pits were nice to have! I wasn’t a fan of the Cannery Row area. It was again, typical of a touristy t-shirt shop, souvenir shop area. So not sure i’d stay again. But it was still a good mid-level place to stay.

It’s a ok facility for a brief stay. The room is generally clean but has a musty smell. The room was far from the nice photos they displayed on the booking page. The toiletries is also not matching what was advertised. The location is very convenient and close to the canary roll. The self parking is spacious with a $17/day fee. It’s very thoughtful for the hotel to have a 4:00 vehicle checkout time to accommodate guest who visit the aquarium.

Had a wonderful stay. I requested an upper floor room with ocean view and I wasn’t disappointed. John and Carol at front desk were always helpful and friendly. Room was clean, location within walking distance to aquarium and cannery row. Short drive to Carmel. Only issues were cable would go out sometimes and kids yelling and running around in courtyard. Luckily that stopped at 830. Overall was a great stay.

Visited for our honeymoon! The staff were so sweet and helpful. Upon arrival, they sent a bottle of wine up to our room. The hotel is on the free trolley line & one block off cannery row so the location is great! The room was clean, spacious, and inviting. The matress was very hard

Place was nice , clean and close proximity to restaurants , shops and aquarium. Beds were very comfortable.

The bed was a little soft for my liking but clean. Overall, a simple but clean experience close to many sights!

The rooms and grounds were great. Best hotel breakfast ever. Great bed. Highly recommend

The room was clean, shower pressure amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Parking spots are a little tight, but work!

The Inn was a great place to stay. Extremely well taken care of. The staff was very and helpful. One of the best locations in the area. Could not have had a better stay.
