Wave Street Inn

Our stay at Wave Street Hotel was good overall. Convenient location to cannery row in Monterey. There is ample parking and the rooms do have air conditioning.

Clean room, great location. However, the beds should be replaced; they were not that comfortable. You can hear the room upstairs. The guests were walking around past midnight. Other than that, it was ok,

Staff are super friendly and helpful, and hotel is in an excellent location, just a block from old town Monterey and a few minutes' walk from the aquarium. We were able to park our car in the convenient underground parking and walk to shops, restaurants and activities easily. We were given a snack bag upon check in which was a cute little perk, they also offer s'mores kits for the outdoor fire pits they have. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Monterey.

It was close to everything! We were able to walk to dinner and the breakfast the next morning! The staff were excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location, the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

Nice locally owned property. kind of funky, well maintained. Carol, day time clerk, went above and beyond. I left a shoe in the room by mistake, called the hotel next day, was told they would look and get back to me that afternoon. Didn't hear back. When I returned home I called again. Reached Carol, explained what happened, she said she would check, she did, found the shoe and made all the arrangements to have it sent to me by UPS. Bravo !!!

Loved that it was a very short walking distance from Cannery Row and close to everything on Cannery Row! As a single traveler I felt safe walking around and through the area. Used bookstore about a block away and really nice views of the bay from the 4th floor. Parking was easy and I felt safe there! Great evening fire pits available and ready for s’mores!

Perfect location; great staff; modern, comfortable room. Like everything in Monterey, it was pricey.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is great, very close to the beach and all major restaurants as well as the aquarium.

Room was comfortable. Well located. We arrived back late one evening and parking was a struggle.

Loved the fire pits that were turned on every night in the courtyard. Hotel is walkable to the aquarium and whale watching and lots of activities/restaurants. Check in staff was friendly and parking was easy.

We just loved this hotel. The air conditioning was good
