This was a great hotel. The lady working the check- in desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. The free parking is worth its weight in gold! I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and ready when we arrived, receptionist were friendly. Cleaning staff were great.

Great place!

The room location was horrible. All night we heard was birds and cars passing through. Did not sleep well, third floor rooms are the worst as they wrap around the outside of hotel were the streets are.

Lots of shopping and good food within walking distance. I loved all the seals around the marina. There are stairs on some of the floors. If you dont want to have to go up and down a few stairs confirm what floor you are on and if you do or dont have stairs.

We had suite with two double beds and a pull-out queen. The room and common areas of the hotel were recently renovated and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and it was a 2 min walk down to some of the areas along the Monterrey waterfront. Two complaints made it less than a 5 rating: 1) we got in late and there was almost no parking available. We got the last very tight space in the parking garage. 2) the pull out bed was very loud, meaning it creaked every time one of our kids moved.

It’s new and clean. Well equipped and good breakfast The windows were terribly bad. It seemed like they were open. We couldn’t sleep cause every car from the street felt like inside the room. It is unacceptable.

Our room is overlooking the ocean so we had a great view, the room was a good size and it was very close to the walking trail, restaurants and aquarium. The breakfast was sumptuous. Very generous and great service overall. Nothing!

The location was very close to downtown Monterey, walking distance. Breakfast was good. Hotel was nice, comfortable, staff was very friendly and very welcoming. I will gladly return with my family to stay next time in Monterey. I think only 1 elevator was working of the 2, but I don’t know if that’s is normal since it was our first time staying there.

The free breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable! Their 24/7 coffee/hot chocolate station was a bonus! Location was PERFECT!! Staff was friendly! Parking was free and they even let us stay parked there after we checked out so that we could go see the aquarium! The stairs down from the elevator and up to the room. But it wasn't that bad! Just an older constructed site that they obviously renovated. Management can't really do anything about the stairs given that it was built that way originally. Handicap folks definitely need to stay on bottom floor!

Deluxe King room was amazing. Location, perfect. Breakfast very nice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff allowed us parking at 11:30 am. We enjoyed cannery row and they sent a text when rooms were ready.

The staff at this hotel were all super nice, night staff and morning, a very good variety of food for breakfast clean comfortable room.
