Staff was very friendly! It was located near everything.

The view was nice. I enjoyed my time here and had a great stay. Price wise would only stay again if they had a deal.

Small cozy but staffs made it all worth it!

This hotel thinks of all the little things that make your life easier. The extra sink, the extra towels, the coffee, the breakfast, the comfortable pillows and bed. Very well run hotel.

Needs a little updating for the rooms and general areas.

I am glad I got a discount on this hotel. I would have been pretty upset had I paid full price for what condition the hotel is in. It is old for sure. The room and bathroom were nice and clean, so that's why it gets a 4 star, but the carpet in the hallway is gross, and the hot tubs are sad. And the exterior of the building leaves much to be desired!

This was our best hotel experience we’ve ever had in Monterey. We loved everything about this hotel and the staff were wonderful and helpful. We will be repeat customers from now on!

We stayed in a waterfront room - right on Monterey Bay and it was beautiful. The only problem was that there were so many seals on the beach nearby that we couldn't sleep with the doors open without listening to the seals all night! But, overall, the hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very accomodating. We were there for a special occasion and 2 different staff members gave us a bottle of champagne. The hotel was also walking distance to many restaurants. Overall, a great location.

Maybe a regular breakfast instead of boiled eggs.

Beautiful hotel great service. Breakfast was taken to room. Beach was super close, clean and clear.

Good free parking. Great location near the pier and beach. The staff was very friendly and professional. Had a problem with the shower but it never really was addressed. Was a bit disappointed in that. The breakfast was brought to the room which was a treat. Overall a great stay, just would if I could afford it get a water front room. It’s nice to leave the sliding doors open for the breezes but it was loud in the morning.

Loved the view and location. Missing a restaurant and room service.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Monterey Bay Inn over the 4th of July weekend. The view from our balcony was great. Sleeping with the balcony door open and hearing the gentle sound of water was relaxing. We would definitely stay here again. Close to both fishermen’s warf and cannery row.

Breakfast delivered to our room was really nice also the matching hotel white robes , the ocean view was the best , and we arrived on my birthday was given complementary wine with 2 glasses and chocolate. Thank you, everything was the best ❤️🍷

The hotel was great, clean rooms, good service staff. Highly recommend

We stayed one night. The room was modern and clean. Pool and gym if we needed it. Property was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. Food was good (not great). Bartender was helpful (steering us away from cocktail that was an "acquired taste".
