Excellent location! Very clean and spacious rooms.

Clean room. Within easy walking distance to Cannery Row. Quiet room

The front desk employees were always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for the beach, Cannery Row and the aquarrium. Unable to take a bath because.stoppers don't fit. Nice cool patio and comfortable bed.

During the day I saw people working in the front office. Hotel was old and worn. I was disappointed in the room. Carpet was indoor outdoor, dirty and ripped in places. Outside patio was not inviting. But I must say the location was great.

The room was well-appointed and clean. But the hallway leading to the room was old and hard to clean. The property should consider rennovate the hallway. We arrived after the office was closed. Although we received the room number and access code of our room, we had trouble finding it. Better signage woul have helped lessen the anxiety.

Close to Cannery Row Have to pay for parking which was self parking and not enclosed like the other hotels on Cannery Row for the same price. Paid $33 to get early entry into the room at 12:30 and was told the room would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Took almost an hour, so got two extra hours instead of three! Sat there waiting and finally went in and asked the desk clerk if the room was ready, and he said, “ oh yeah, I was going to text you the pin .” oh really, when?! The bathroom had a sink that was placed on a wooden counter and a faucet that didn’t reach the bowl so every time you turned it on, you had to make sure you turned it on full blast or it would leak behind the bowl. The toilet kept running, so I had to fix the chain to make it long enough so the stopper reached the hole to cover it and the toilet would fill up. I kept hearing a drip and finally went outside and saw a puddle underneath our air conditioner, which was actually coming from the air conditioner up above us. Of course it was too late to contact anyone. I just put a towel down on top of our unit so at least it drowned it out the sound of dripping. I don’t know how thin the walls are, but we could hear every time someone turned on the faucet or took a shower or flush the toilet around us! And the stomping up above us was unbelievably noisy. I think that people checked out at 5:30 the day we left and then the cleaning crew came in until 8 am. Definitely not worth the price we paid. I will stay somewhere else next time. When I complained about paying extra to get in early and only getting two of my three hours, the desk clerk just shrugged it off and didn’t even apologize. Poor customer service. That’s why I handled all the other problems by myself. I have stayed here many times before, but it has gone downhill.

Convenient to everything. Ocean view was great.

Super close to the ocean, they weren't kidding when they say partial view lol. Kinda a pain to get to at first with traffic and one way roads but perfect distance that we walked sometimes and rode the bus or drove other times.

Nice location. Staff was very welcoming. Felt comfortable. Felt safe and had a nice view from my door. Easy walk to beach/park. Easy walk through cannery row to Monterey bay aquarium. Was a bit worn down.

Parking is extra. But they add a tax on the parking. So, it increases the cost to park in the hotel lot. There is no off-street parking. This was not covered in the show of the full cost of the stay my Hotel.com.

While conveniently located, it was not very attractive and there were very few amenities.

We had an amazing stay at Cannery Row Inn! Our ocean-view room was exactly as advertised, the view was even better than we expected. The location is perfect, right across from San Carlos Beach and just minutes from the trolley and steps from Cannery Row. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything is close by 3 min walk to the beach 5 min drive to the aquarium. Clean rooms

The hotel has a fair price, close to the main street and the aquarium. For those that are going just to visit the aquarium or to spend one or two days is a very good option. There is a parking place and you can do everything by walking. all good.

Location, parking The room was a clean but old furniture and fixtures. I also didn't like that check-out was an on-line person on a kiosk.

The place sucks!
