The bathroom was atrocious, dirty, hair left in the shower from the previous visitor and absolutely too small. The beds were the most uncomfortable I believe I’d ever slept in. The room was hot, the ac unit is hanging on by a wing and prayer. The best part of my overnight stay was I left. Period. It was awful.

Unclean rooms, molded restrooms, ripped curtains.

Televisions only had 2 working stations. Young lady at the front desk told that someone would come to fix the tv’s and they never came. Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes to check out because the person on duty had gone outside for some reason and the rest of the staff had no clue where she was nor did they seem real concerned about helping.

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Staff was friendly so that was nice.
-
No microwave and no refrigerator
-
Good deal and good property but needs more staff and better job taking out the trash outside.

Rooms were in the middle of a renovation but the available rooms were awful… had to have my room changed twice. Humidity in one room and a malfunctioning alarm detecter in the other. Very disappointed.
-
Location, I was there for work and it was 3 minutes away The lack of communication with the 3rd party, I cancelled a stay for certain nights and rebooked; the hotel never got the cancellation or the rebooked for the new dates

We were surprised at how poor our stay was, as Hiltons are traditionally good hotels. The staff were unpleasant and unprofessional. At most times only one person was available at the front desk. At times, there were several people waiting with one person checking them in while two or three others were doing something else on their machines. Additionally, we asked for towels at 8am and again at 5pm and none ever arrived. Their excuse was that there were no clean towels. It’s hard to believe that they could go almost a full day and not have fresh towels available. Overall, we had poor service and unhelpful support. I’d recommend people find some place else to stay.

Close to many restaurants, historical Civil rights places of interest, bus stop, more..staff told me about good local restaurant, Farmers Market, to eat, need frig for soft drinks and water, difficult to talk to front desk because they were always on the phone, had washing machine, good breakfast although I was told I had to be a prime member to get some..(website advertised breakfast included)..no big deal, I bought breakfast my last morning because I had to get on the Greyhound which is NOT that far, but with a big luggage like mine..seems like miles..front desk always smiled which made my day..room was clean, but TV only had a few channels..if you buy a ticket..at the Legacy Museum, it includes a few other places and shuttles will transport..you...I will return

The breakfast bar was good if you like spending $28.00 per person. Lucky for us it was free because our room wasn’t ready until 7:00 the night before. Check-in is suppose to be 4:00. A bottle of water was $10.00.

Very nice place to stay.

We had went to a Montgomery Biscuits game which was postponed due to rain, arriving back at DoubleTree the parking spots were all full. Staff advised to used the underground parking area, it was flooded with water up passed the ankles.

Upon checking in the lobby was lovely, the room, not so much. Very small room & bathroom, felt & smelled constantly damp. Painted over mold in the shower. Rooms definitely in need of updating. On the upside, I needed to discuss final bill with desk a few days after checking out & Deja was wonderful & helpful.

There was food on the floor around the bed. The main issue I have was at check in.I was told that I could not check in early but a WHITE GUY CAME 15 MINUTES AFTER I DID AND WAS ALLOWED TO CHECK IN. THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THAT SITUATION !!!!
-
Nothing it was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever attempted to stay in. Bugs, room door wouldn't lock, tv wouldn't turn on, curtains tore, horrible smell, wouldn't give a refund when we was only there 2 mins max.

I arrived and couldn’t get a parking spot although I paid for parking. I was told there was parking under ground which looked like a place you dump trash. There were no cars parked there so I spend minutes driving around looking for parking. On top of that there was homeless roaming around. I did not feel safe.

Once the renovations are completed the property will be better.

Room didn’t have refrigerator or microwave

Very convenient to my training class and attractions. Very nice area of town. My only issue was the shower door in 217 would not stay closed. I had to place a washcloth in the trac. and the Curtains need replacing.
