The only problem that I had with the property, was there was a smell similar to mold and mildew. I was concerned that I could contract something, but I was only there for five days and I don’t have allergies so I tolerated it. I was told it was due to a paper factory, not far from the property that burned and that was the smell. However, when I went outside, I did not smell it. It’s a beautiful hotel, but not up to the standing of other autograph collection hotels where I have stayed.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. However, it seemed like the maids were understaffed because they did not refill my soap container until the very last day. Beautiful view from the balcony. Great restaurant and front desk staff. It also seems that they need to do a quick update on the decor and design. There were tiny details that were a bit dusty and overused. (Like door handles, etc.)

Wonderful, charming well-restored building with such a nicely decorated lobby and courtyard. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine at sunset on the fabulous roof-top bar. Breakfast was also yummy at the restaurant. Service was incredible. The only minor negative was the loudness of the air conditioner fan. There was no way to turn it off; it sounded like a space ship landing. Fortunately both of us had noise cancelling ear plugs for sleep, so highly recommend bringing those.

Last minute stay! Great night sleep. Clean, comfortable and unique.

The Trilogy Montgomery was a treasure! An amazing transformation of the previous Water Works into a unique hotel. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Convenient valet parking. Stylish and well appointed rooms. Kinsmith restaurant was great for breakfast as well.

Great room!! Clean room!! Amazing hotel!! 10/10

My room was extremely small and the curtains were not hanging on the rod. Didn’t use the balcony or gym. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was accommodating. Went down for breakfast at Kinsmith. The food was great but our server needed an attitude adjustment. Don’t know her name but the African American female. I will recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely amazing staff and location. Will definitely stay again when in Montgomery
-
Great place to stay . Shame the roof top outside area was closed for two days
-
The air conditioning essentially did not work in one of the rooms, the phones were not connected in the room, light bulbs were out, the text messaging valet service did not work properly, the refrigerator in one of the rooms did not work at all, and the staff had a laissez-faire approach to the entire process.
-
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Both restaurants were very good. Convenient location and beautiful property.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if I were ever in Montgomery again and would recommend to others as well.

Very well maintained property with a great location

The lobby was crammed with furniture and knick Knacks, there were ZERO areas for refreshments, I have never in all my traveling stayed at a hotel with no water available, no snacks available, it was beautiful but not user friendly at all. I was there with my kids and wanted to look out off the balcony on the 5th floor but because they were under 21 we were not permitted. There were no trash cans for us to discard our pizza box, no microwave in the room.. it was nice and felt safe but I don't know that I'd go back.

Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still nothing. Hotel is nice and great location but maybe want to check elsewhere
