Very courteous staff and always attentive. Very pet friendly. Property was very clean and maintained. The valet service was excellent. Rooms were spotless.

Great hotel. Right downtown. The rooms are big and very nice. Staff is great, very helpful. Breakfast is a solid continental breakfast.

This property was very neat. It is in the perfect downtown Montgomery location. The hotel had a lot of history and was beautiful. It is located next to the river walk and has a lot of downtown entertainment that you can walk to. It is an older hotel, but was clean and nice for a short stay. You can see fireworks from the local baseball team outside of your window.

Clean No parking, like unless you pay for parking they have zero parking and no soap in bathroom or bags for cans. No free cancellation when you arrive and want to leave because of the parking.

Parking and ability to safely remove belongings from car is terrible. Constantly hassled by very expensive valet. Belittled when decided not to let unpleasant valet park car. Wifi was a mess to get working. Paid for a room with two beds, got a room with one bed. After being moved to a room with a fold out couch next to the elevator, we got basically no sleep. Could’ve stayed across the street for less, I thought the old building would be charming, I was wrong.

My daughter and I enjoyed out trip as we visited The Legacy Sites. This hotel was convenient and walking distance to historical other sites as well.

My stay was terrible. I had to change rooms 3 times. AC not working; phones not working,and the showers only had scolding hot water. Couldn't finish our stay. Checked out. Waiting on my refund. Never will I use Hampton downtown montgomery again. Embracing situation for my friends surprise birthday trip.

The location was on point. Coffee was good, didn't get the chance to have breakfast. I wish that you more things on tv and have sugar and cream in the room to make coffee.

The weekend staff was fantastic as always. When it came to my room and me needing to be moved, they were amazing and understanding. Breakfast was okay; nothing to write home about or anything super special. My original room was not fully stocked by housekeeping. Valet was a little slow considering how I was always "number one" in the queue. The room didn't get "hotel room" cold, but it wasn't crazy hot. The water out of the shower was brown and that was my last straw. The location was blocked off by MPD, so it was hard to get back.
