It's in downtown Montgomery Alabama. The parking was convenient just was shock that we were charge for parking. Live the view of the city from my hotel room.
-
I recommend anyone who reserves hotels to it! The parking and room was fantastic!

I switched rooms 3 times. 1st time because of bedbugs, 2nd time the bathroom toilet was flooded and the third time was a charm. The staff was nice, the hotel is just not well maintained. Food on the elevator floor, the rooms had areas that were clearly neglected. They give free alcohol for happy hour that helps, morning buffet was nice to have available not the best but you can find something til you get a real meal else where. I wouldn’t return, I still have bedbug marks n the side of my face. They refunded me, but I just didn’t expect so many mishaps. Looks luxurious on the outside, just not inside if you’re looking.

I was NEVER told about the $25/ night parking fee and when I complained, there was no empathy or sympathy.
-
Rooms were clean and staff attentive to needs

Great hotel great restaurant. Highly recommend

The staff were so friendly and very helpful. The happy hour was a fun social time. The lamps in the presidential suite were not charged and it was a bit dark for our meeting and the table/ counter tops were "sticky". Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
-
Nationwide outage did not provide room, so never experienced the stay but it was chaotic when outage occurred.
-
Your fire alarm went off at 1 am (false ) alarm, and again at 3 Am ( false ) alarm .. and heard the same thing happened the night before .. not fun evacuating twice in one night
-
Friendly staff and nice location, but the rooms/amenities have clearly not been updated in a long time!
-
Very nice place.

Minor repairs to the room would have made it perfect! (Bathroom sink dripped slowly, one outlet was pulled from the wall, room door stuck...nothing too major.) Breakfast was FANTASTIC! "Happy Hour" drinks and snacks were a nice bonus. Pool and gym were beautiful. The atrium was very peaceful and relaxing. Elevators were fast and readily available. Staff was super attentive, professional, and very helpful!

The hotel was nice. The only negatives would be that I reserved a king room and when I got there, I was told that there was no king room available. I ended up getting an accessible room; however, I did not like the shower. Traffic was bad also, but overall, the hotel was nice.

Room, team members, breakfast Didn't love paying the extra $25 for parking
-
It’s a decent hotel from Montgomery, but it has a lot of wear and tear, I really don’t understand why the Property Manager does not focus more on the deteriorating cosmetics of the property
