Lobby and breakfast The bathroom was not clean. Hair was on the floor and the tub needs replacing. It’s just filthy looking with old dirt stains

I absolutely hated being in my room. The mattress felt like a brick, and the pillows were small and extra soft, with no structure whatsoever. My carpets were full of blonde hair. There was very dark, long hair on my shower walls. There was also mold in the corners of the shower. When not touring the city, I sat in the lobby until I could barely hold my eyes open, and I had no other choice but to go upstairs to shower and sleep in a place I felt had NOT been cleaned properly. On Saturday morning, housekeeping knocked twice and walked in on me naked. Needless to say, by Sunday morning I couldn't check wait to check out. The hotel was very nice, breakfast was good but the room was extremely uncomfortable.

The customer service was excellent, clean room, and very good breakfast. I haven’t ate a good breakfast like the one I had today in a long time.

Nice rooms. Comfy beds. Great breakfast. Only issue was the AC didn’t cool the room as well as it should.

Such a welcome respite after a long day of driving. We weren't sure of its exact location downtown but it was along the river and it looks as if Montgomery is trying to renew it. Rynesha checked us in and she was very sweet. Our room was a bit chilly even though we turned the thermostat up to 73. The bed was comfy and breakfast this morning was very good. We appreciated they had made to order omelets. The hotel was exceptionally clean and bright. We will definitely put this as a place to stay on our next trip through Montgomery.

Location, rooms were comfortable. The food. Embassy is known to have some of the best breakfast and it was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Compared to other Embassy the kitchen could use some work.

The property is beautiful and convenient. However the fire alarms were going off all night keeping any of us from getting sleep. The issue with the fire alarm with no clear reason for why it kept happening.
