Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa at the Convention Center

Our 2nd stay here for 2 nights..Property was clean and up to standard. Staff was very nice and showed us a lot of hospitality. Love the rooftop pool. Staff was very professional . Theybhild thevdoors for you and greet you when entering and exiting the building. I'd stay a third time!

I had a really nice weekend at the property.and i also got to wash my clothes for free.great bartending early Friday and all day at the pool definitely recommend.

The staff went above and beyond by upgrading us from a Junior Suite to a Hospitality Suite, which made such a difference for our family. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to spread out and actually get a great night’s sleep after a long day of driving. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and felt very safe. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and the location was convenient for travelers passing through Montgomery. We truly appreciated the exceptional customer service and hospitality. It turned what could have been just a quick overnight stop into a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area!

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and nice. Getting from the parking garage to the room was a little confusing and required changing elevators. Also, we weren’t told to use our time key to leave parking garage, so we paid with a credit card, we were told that the first night’s parking fee would be credited back, so I’ll check to be sure it was. Otherwise everything as fine

The facility is very beautiful. The gentleman for valet and front desks workers were all very pleasant. As well as those a the restaurant, not The House, the other one to the left of the stairs coming from the lobby. The room was very clean and beautiful. I didnt mind not having a view because everything else was exceptional. Housekeeping was very polite and helpful too. BREAKFAST! The food was good but the service was terrible. My husband and I were asked to move because the waiter for the section was one break (which was understandable). Once we got our plates and moved we still DID NOT RECEIVE SERVICE! Workers walked around not just us, but 3 other couples that were having the same experience judging by the looks on their faces. If we wanted something to drink we literally had to raise our voice just to get their attention. My husband had to raise his voice a bit and he's a gentle man. Not raise in sense of anger, but just to get their attention. And as I stated other couples had to do the same as well. That unpleasant experience really put a damper on my birthday celebration. We intentionally payed for breakfast to be included because we wanted a full experience at the hotel. It also takes away the restaurant's reputation as well the hotel in it's entirety. I pray things get adjusted as needed.
