SpringHill Suites by Marriott Montgomery Downtown

Was not told housekeeping services were evry other day and still got no service on the third day evev after requesting. Had to almost beg for clean towels and ran out of soap.

My family was there for a reunion and none of us got house keeping do to short staffing so I don't blame the staff but the company also I woke up to a huge roach in my bathroom the day of check out so that completely upset me the room was clean for the most part but that set me off at 4:30 in the morning

Great location and nice that there was an included breakfast Rundown, did not have bedding for pullout sofa, the room phone did not work, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for more towels since we were given 3 towels for 5 guests

The trundle mattress had stains on it, you had to slam the room door to get it to shut, we couldn't even eat breakfast because there wasn't anything restocked. People were milling around trying to find something to eat because there wasn't anything to eat. Not happy with our stay at all for the price.

Great hotel! Wonderful staff. Located in a great area to walk to all the Legacy Sites.

Location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable Breakfast could have been much better. Suggest addding cheese and some grits to the bar and definitely more waffle makers.

Awesome rooms, friendly staff, great location!

The interior design was special. Love the high ceilings and windows. Breakfast had good selection. We checked in late but within the check-in window. Service was not on par with what you'd expect from a hotel like Marriott. The first room we had did not meet our expectation as there was no mattress for the sofa bed and the door lock was broken. We were then moved to two other rooms, the second one had only one queen bed which was not our booking. The third room offered did not work due to issue with cleanliness with the trundle bed. In the end, we spent our first night in the original room by moving the cushions to the floor to make a mattress ourselves. On the second day, we were finally moved to a larger room on the top floor, which has a clean sofa mattress. My advise is, they really have to work on housekeeping, especially spaces under the sofa and beside the beds. Looking back, service at the front reception could have at least offered us an extra room for the first night if they were not able to find us a clean mattress. Points have been mentioned during the conversation as compensation to our stay but has not been followed through.

Pull-out couch was broken and staff was unable to help us or move us to a new room. Would not recommend this hotel for that reason

Room was very spacious. The shower soap/shampoo was filled up with something awful, not what was on the label. There was no lightbulb in my lamp.
