Excellent location and very nice room. The only thing that wasn’t good is that they charge $75 for a two (2) hour early check-in

Hotel staff canceled our reservation and sold our room to someone else. Very poor customer service.

The rooms were wonderful, large and comfortable. The high ceilings were dramatic and I enjoyed the view of the ballpark. Breakfast was decent, with lots of choices. The location was super convenient and close to everything I needed downtown. And the climate control was excellent, my room was very comfortable even with temps in the 90s and high humidity during our stay. I have no complaints. The only thing I had an issue with was the design of the shower, which leaked water on the bathroom floor no matter how aligned the shower door was.
-
Very disappointed with the staff and customer service. We asked for a room with a view, but were given a room facing directly into the atrium and the windows of other rooms. The hotel was barely occupied that weekend, and there were clearly rooms available facing the street. It felt like the staff simply didn’t care about the guest experience.

The breakfast was great I was there for four days a nd was different everyday. The hotel has a very beautiful old historic vide. The location is perfect it's downtown and very close to ASU. They did not clean the rooms for the stay and you have to use your same towels and empty your own garbage without bags and if you out of toilet paper you have to ask or buy your own.
