Great location for the Montgomery attractions

I love the view from our 5th floor.. everything was there that we needed and my favorite part was the shower it was I have to say the best shower I've had in a long time I just felt so refreshed there was good water pressure, finally we were able to enjoy the last 2 Days of our vacation... Not only was everything good and perfect but they absolutely adored my service pet which is a cat it is for my mental health and panic attacks, they accommodated him and was super nice about the whole thing. I highly recommend this place and we will be back The only thing I really didn't like was the parking

The key wouldn't allow us to leave the parking lot (or any other guests) and we had to go back inside and wait for assistance in order to leave which wasn't convenient. Also, on the 4th floor outside the door, it smells terrible near the ice machine. Maybe mold or mildew from leaking water. Otherwise, the room was very clean and our stay was great! It is within walking distance from many restaurants and the Riverwalk Park was so peaceful on a Sunday morning.

The only complaint was how hard the doors slammed when people closed them. It was a booming noise that would disturb our sleep. The staff was awesome. The room was super comfortable and the location to The Legacy activities was perfect.

The rest of the hotel appeared to be well-kept and the staff (excluding the manager who was conveniently not available at check in) were pleasant.

My husband and I spent two nights. We were pleased at all services that we used. It is also very convient to the Civic Center.

Overall, I had a good stay! Loved the location, so much to see near it and in walking distance. The breakfast was good and had a wonderful variety of items. The staff was helpful. I rated a 4 because the ceiling was dripping right outside of my room (and they placed a bucket to catch the drip) and it just wasn’t the ambiance I want when I’m paying to stay somewhere. They offered to move us but we were already settled. The room also didn’t seem completely clean. We needed paper towels and the bathroom had poop stains in the toilet still, yuck!
