Location. Gym. My room had blood splatter on the walls near the door and brown platter in the bathroom near the toilet.

Newer property, very clean, loved staying here. This was my 2nd time and I’ll be back anytime I need to be in Montgomery. Much better than Doubletree by Hilton as my colleague had bedbugs in her room and they only refunded one nights stay! Great gym as well. Very clean and full size refrigerator so worked perfect for having a large pizza box. The only negative is they charge for parking, but it’s really not needed because there is ample street parking available.

The hotel was very modern and a convenient downtown location. It is right next to legacy museum and close to many restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was hot and delicious and staff was helpful and friendly. I would recommend and stay here again!

The hotel is located right next to the legacy museum, and it is convenient to get to other points of interest in Montgomery. The facility is clean and up to date. The front desk staff Maria followed up with me about any needs right after we checked in.

Staff were amazing and room was clean. Bed slept comfortably. When in Montgomery I will definitely stay here.

Excellent staff. Cordarryl and Kyndra were kind, funny, and accommodating. The hotel was well decorated, and the gym was the cleanest hotel gym I’ve ever used.

Beds comfortable. Must smell in bedroom from kitchen area. Staff rude and unhelpful. Cancelled my reservation unilaterally because tried to charge more than agreed upon rate on Booking.com that was already fully paid with online app check-in confirmation the day prior. Despite illegality, forced me to pay higher rate than booked on third party site. GM told me it was my problem to figure out.

The hotel overall was a decent stay and staff were polite and courteous. It’s likewise a good location if you’re needing a spot downtown. That said, parking IS NOT included and costs $23(with tax) a night and the walls are insanely thin. We could hear every single conversation of the other rooms.
