The staff were phenomenal at this hotel. Huge shout out to Ms. Tommie during breakfasts. She was so kind, helpful, and good at her job. She made every guest feel special. The front desk staff were also great. The hotel is beautiful, and the view from our room was great. We did ask to be moved because we paid for a bit of the harbor, and we didn’t really get one on the 3rd floor, but they immediately moved us, and were so accommodating. I don’t have anything bad to say, except that there were Yellowjacket nests on the outside of the hotel, so it would be helpful if the hotel itself dealt with those.

I love the made to Order omelettes!

I thought the $32 a night parking fee was high considering other places you paid that for valet parking. Two of the three elevators were out of service one of the days we were there. They did have them going on our last day. Overall the hotel is in a very nice area and it’s a beautiful hotel.

We loved everything in this hotel

The staff from the front desk to the bar tender to the breakfast chefs are all awesome. The venue is conveniently located in the mount pleasant which is 20 minutes drive to the beach and downtown. There were events like wedding and birthday parties during our stay, but it was not interfering with our enjoyment at all. The gym was 24 hours, and there is a laundry room for using washing machines and dryer. There is also an outdoor pool to relax in. Outstanding features include cook to order breakfast omelet and afternoon happy hours with complimentary drink tickets. You can also order room service from the restaurant and food was delicious with pizza, wings and salad options. Overall this hotel was a great value for our family’s summer vacation. I strongly recommend this property to anyone - for either business or casual trips.

Room was clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Great breakfast. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The barn doors for the bathroom are just not practical. The pool could use a thorough cleaning. Parking is very expensive.

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness. Pull out sofa was comfortable (according to my teen girls) Water pressure in shower wasn’t great.

We had a great 2 night stay. The hotel lobby was beautiful, and rooms were very clean. The breakfast each morning was excellent. We also got complimentary snacks and drinks during the evenings at the hotel. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly.

Two reasons I didn’t give it a full star review—We had to bring our dog at the last minute and the bathroom door/ventilation. We called a few days prior when our dog sitter flaked to confirm we could bring our dog. When we arrived the reception informed us we were not allowed to leave our dog in the room even on her crate. That wasn’t expressed before arrival when I called. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that doesn’t fully close or lock. Meaning no privacy when using the bathroom. I had also requested our fan to be looked at as it didn’t appear to be working. Between poor air circulation and no privacy, I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom. Also, the parking fee is crazy high!

This was perfect hotel made to feel welcome and staff couldn’t do enough for us, we were greeted with drinks and snacks and the rooms are really nice and clean and big very good hotel

Incredible hotel, came down to Charleston for a friends bachelor weekend, beautiful location, really clean, great pool area, great happy hour, Couldn’t complain about a thing.
