Location was great ,main lobby very nice stuff friendly rooms were clean Paying for parking garage 32$ a night a little extreme and then u can only park on the 3rd floor with a toddler I want to be as close to the hotel entrance as possible not doing a field trip around the garage. The lack of access to a tea . In the room you only have 1 tea bag and if you want more tea you need to go on a hunting trip to either find a stuff or a tea bags that during breakfast are easily available but after that locked away

The room size is perfect, location is also good 10 mins away from the center with car. Breakfast is really good. Parking fee of $32/day is too much and you do not have any other alternative

The staff were phenomenal at this hotel. Huge shout out to Ms. Tommie during breakfasts. She was so kind, helpful, and good at her job. She made every guest feel special. The front desk staff were also great. The hotel is beautiful, and the view from our room was great. We did ask to be moved because we paid for a bit of the harbor, and we didn’t really get one on the 3rd floor, but they immediately moved us, and were so accommodating. I don’t have anything bad to say, except that there were Yellowjacket nests on the outside of the hotel, so it would be helpful if the hotel itself dealt with those.
