Room was clean, breakfast was good and hotel was clean and well maintained. Would be nice if they offered complimentary bottled water in the room. Nice location!

We had trouble with getting the right rooms for the correct price but they would not fix it because we purchased through Orbitz. The property was beautiful! It was brand new opened 4 months ago. The rooms were spacious, with a great equipped full kitchenette and living area. They did not come and clean the 2 nights were there. I thought they we would at least make the bed and give new towels.

Everything was awesome at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. My only complaint was that they only had queen beds when I booked a king. However, that was attributed to booking on Expedia and we were given a room with a nice view when I mentioned it was my 35th wedding anniversary. A good compromise.

Nice check-in/out, breakfast was mediocre as expected. Room service didn’t happen during our stay (they came by once around 230pm), but we were able to get additional trash bags upon request.

Great service and accommodations all around. Checked in very easily, beautiful clean room and property over all. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great, breakfast was great, location to Charleston and patriots point was perfect. Highly recommend.

Great locations at Patriots Point, easy to drive to restaurants and Sullivan Island. The staff is very kind and supportive! The whole structure is quite new and well maintained.

Everything is great here, but don't eat at the "restaurant." There are very limited options and the food is expensive for the sake of being expensive. Other than that, the place is great!

Pros: • Central Location: Ideal for exploring Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Sullivan's Island. Located less than a mile from Patriots Point and directly across from the baseball field. Safe, secure area. • Room Layout: Suites feature a small kitchen (with fridge), sitting area, and a vanity setup with extra mirrors, countertops, and outlets outside the bathroom. • Comfort: Very comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: • Cleanliness: Disappointing for an extremely picky guest. Found a grape stem in the sink and on the comforter, dirty spots in the shower and on a light switch, and an empty conditioner bottle. • Limited Dining: Not within walking distance to stores or restaurants. The on-site "restaurant" is just the breakfast area with a limited menu. • Maintenance & Service: One window shade was difficult to operate, and the coffee maker was missing the tray. Front desk staff initially seemed disconnected from housekeeping issues. Bottom Line: A great central location with comfortable bed and suite layout, but the cleanliness and attention to detail need improvement.

The property is conveniently, located to downtown Charleston, driving, but real close to the Yorktown exhibit. This was a back-up for a our family after a bad VRBO experience in downtown Charleston that was booked same day. Great property, nice pool, and bar tenders were awesome, including Taylor.

Clean hotel room, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

There was an internet outage for approximately 24 hours, which was a significant inconvenience. As a result, the bar was closed, and the laundry facilities were offline, making it necessary to obtain change for the machines. The television in my room was not working at check in and was never repaired during my three night stay, despite the issue being reported. There was also no housekeeping service provided during my stay, including towel replacement. I had to contact the front desk to request trash removal. One unusual interaction occurred when the housekeeping manager knocked on my door one afternoon but did not enter. I stepped into the hallway to ask if she needed anything, and she simply said no. I was left confused about the purpose of the visit. While the property itself is attractive and well maintained, the lack of basic services and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn at Patriots Point. Loved the location. Property was in great condition. We would love to stay there again.

The rooms were very clean, staff was attentive and great location. The free breakfast was subpar.

Complimentary breakfast was great. We loved having access to coffee and tea 24/7. A good pool and fitness center were a pleasure to enjoy.
