Residence Inn by Marriott Charleston Patriots Point

Clean facilities and room. Tasty breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal and coffee. Very friendly staff!

Clean lobby, lounge, room and bathroom. Friendly and hospitable staff! Highly recommend!

Clean room, lobby, restaurant and bar. Friendly staff and great gym!

Clean hotel lobby, bar, restaurant and guest rooms. Fast and friendly service! Great location!

Everything was wonderful, really enjoyed our stay, my only critique would be the shower pressure, I understand conserving water and all, but when you can pee harder then the water from your shower, you may want to revisit the excess restrictors built into the shower heads

Everything was great

Please note, parking was $15/day- we did not realize that until checking out.

Clean room

it was really good, fast bite. The area was very clean. nothing..

We had a great stay! We’ll definitely book again!

We really liked having a "suite" with a small kitchenette. The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful in helping us navigate the city and the "tourists" spots. The hotel "restaurant" was not as expected; although the food was good, it was too pricey and not enough variety. It also felt a little uncomfortable sitting "out in the open" when eating dinner. The breakfast was very good, we liked the variety. Would have liked pancakes and biscuits and gravy? The pool was wonderful, although we didn't get enough time in the evenings to be in the pool due to weather, which is not the fault of the hotel.

I like the spacious room, cleanliness and staff hospitality.

Great location and nice property

Very clean , staff was great .

Room was clean, breakfast was good and hotel was clean and well maintained. Would be nice if they offered complimentary bottled water in the room. Nice location!

We had trouble with getting the right rooms for the correct price but they would not fix it because we purchased through Orbitz. The property was beautiful! It was brand new opened 4 months ago. The rooms were spacious, with a great equipped full kitchenette and living area. They did not come and clean the 2 nights were there. I thought they we would at least make the bed and give new towels.

Great

I like everything about this property ,safe clean, great location

This was a very new hotel in a great spot. Close to downtown Charleston, a close walk to the Pier to fish as well as the splash park and very close drive to Sullivans Island. The property was beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly. n/a

Everything was awesome at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. My only complaint was that they only had queen beds when I booked a king. However, that was attributed to booking on Expedia and we were given a room with a nice view when I mentioned it was my 35th wedding anniversary. A good compromise.
