We enjoyed our stay here. Location was great in relation to Charleston and being able to save a little money staying here. Close to Patriots Point for tours and not far from beaches. We loved this town and enjoyed the many options for food and cute coffee shops. We did not use the pool as it was fairly small and packed with people. Having fresh water at the elevators in the afternoon was a nice little touch. The breakfast was pretty typical for the hotel…nothing fancy, but good options. It was really busy, so we chose to not attend our second day and went out. Overall, the property was quiet, safe, and convenient.

The hotel was good. It was expedia that was the problem. I understand some penalty for canceling part of the reservation but for it to be the cost of the room is ridiculous!

Room was very clean, bed was awesome, except pillows, can use some newer and larger ones, furniture a little dated. Had a wonderful breakfast and the cook is outstanding 😊very quiet and convenient, great location.

Nice hotel to stay at in patriots pointe area within walking distance of the USS Yorktown

The staffs are very friendly and the room are nice and clean. Breakfast was good there’s plenty hot foods. My kids wanted to swim but the pool were too small that’s the only disappointment.

Additionally, carpeting throughout the hotel was old and worn. Renovation is critically needed.

Web site said free breakfast but also said only weekdays. Bit confusing. Shower nozzle was broken and only 1/4 of water came from above, told desk but didn’t think he would do anything about it.

Excellent location for everything we wanted to do while in Charleston. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and well served. Room was a great size and they kept it clean. The parking lot was well lit. It's off the main drag so we could walk in the area without worrying about getting run over.

I accidently left 2 sandals in the closet but the housekeepers claimed they could not find them. I called several times and was only called back once by a

The shower was moldy. The shower pan had a big slice in it. I almost fell in the shower as the floor was uneven. The bathroom had mold on the floor and walls. I spoke with the hotel staff but didn’t get any response. This was by far the worse experience. I didn’t get any sleep as the bed was very hard. I was just thankful it was only one night.

The room and facility was nicely cooled, rooms and bathrooms were greatly sized and worked very well!
