Needs some updating but overall would stay again. Lady running the breakfast was disgruntled telling anyone and everyone how bad they treated her. One morning upon entering the breakfast area She was sure to remind me and my 9 year old son that she was closing it in 37 minutes. Won't normally single anyone out but this lady doesn't need a job in hospitality.

Continetal breakfast had a good selection. The area was kept clean and re stocked. The gal working there was nice and helpful. the front staff were helpful and pleasant. All cleaning staff spoke when they saw you. Parking was adequate. The light blocking curtains werent large enough to closem, so the morning sun came in. A minor inconvienence. We booked online and requested a handicap room, which we did have. However, the shower was a tub shower, which was difficult for my husband to get in and out of, but we managed. I had expected a walk in shower. There were plenty of grab bars.

It smelled moldy. The pool was small. Looked like a jacuzzi. It’s walking distance from a gas station. There’s a pond/water area that had a sign “crocodiles may live here” the room was okay. Not a Hilton of course but it was a strong 3 rating. The ac worked wonderful so that was a plus. Breakfast was the same both days we were there but good

Breakfast was pretty good. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost more and didn’t provide the level of breakfast that comfort suites did. The staff was very friendly other than the woman making breakfast. Only issue I had with the room was the placement of the TV being at the foot of the bed versus in front of the couch makes it kinda hard for watch TV. all in all, I would recommend someone to stay there again. I know my wife and I will be looking for comfort suites when we vacation.

Can staff was nice. Room had a very musty smell water stains on the ceiling. Breakfast was just about gone when we got there

The hotel is Charleston Bridge with an access point to walk the trail along the bridge it is absolutely beautiful Smell a little musky but not overpowering

The location was great. The room was large and had a sofa and a chair and footstool.. There was a musty smell in the room. A dehumidifier and air fresheners were placed in the room and that helped a lot. The hallway carpet was really dirty.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing from beginning to end. Arrival & Service • First Impression: There was a noticeable and unpleasant odor immediately upon entering the building. • Check-In: The process was long, poorly organized, and inefficient. • Parking: A sign near the elevator clearly stated that vehicles without a parking pass would be towed. When we asked the front desk for a pass, our concern was essentially dismissed, and we were casually told we would not be towed. That left us uncomfortable and uncertain about the security of our vehicle. Room & Bathroom Quality • Shower: The shower floor felt flimsy and uneven underfoot, which raised safety concerns. • Shower Head: The shower head was extremely difficult to position properly, making it frustrating and difficult to rinse off. Breakfast Experience The breakfast was extremely disappointing across the board. The bacon was burnt, the eggs were undercooked and runny, the gravy was watery, and the biscuits were poor quality. The juice machine was also nearly empty and was dispensing mostly water with very little flavor. Overall: Between the unpleasant odor, inefficient check-in, dismissive response regarding parking, questionable shower quality, and poor breakfast, the experience fell well below what we expected. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
