Beautiful resort - beach, pools, restaurant
-
be very wary of this resort. There are two parts- one is very nice called the beach club and the other one (where we stayed at unknowingly) was terrible! The toilet blew up and the front desk staff were acting like we were an inconvenience for asking for it to be cleaned at 10 PM. Would never stay there again

-
The rooms were small but the property is very nice. Great pools and view. The food and drinks were good, but expensive.

1. Parking was an absolute nightmare Friday and Saturday, but when we told the individual at the front desk (who may have been a manager), he actually moved his own vehicle to give us his parking spot. 2. Small bathroom. I've stayed at cheaper places with better sized bathrooms. 3. The shower does not have a curtain. It has a half glass wall door and that's it (no it's not missing a glass panel). Because of this, the bathroom flooded every time we tried to shower from the water running down our elbows while washing our hair and out the open side. I understand the concept, but it's a bad design. 4. Flooring in the room was nice, but if you get it wet it is VERY slippery. 5. Breakfast for a fee: Food was great. The fee was ridiculously high. 6. Good place to stay if you have a boat, want to see the Charleston fireworks, or be within walking distance of the aircraft carrier and destroyer or the water taxi (which is $17 per person for all day as of 2026). 7. Did not have any noise issues, which was great 8. Room was stuffy when we first got in but the AC had been set kind of high, and the windows got direct sun 9. We don't understand why the large middle window had darkening curtains as well as blinds, but the smaller windows on the sides only had blinds. The room was over the delivery loading area, so the outside lights didn't allow for a lot of nighttime darkness.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Check in was fast and efficient. Hotel offers lots of amenities coffee bar all day, pool great with lots of chairs. Towels at pool. Hotel also offers camp for kids.

Great location. Beautiful pools. Excellent service. Thank you.
-
pros: free water, free s’mores, dog friendly, good location, clean I would not stay here again for all the con reasons. There are way cheaper hotels in Mt Pleasant that are clean & rooms are bigger.
-
Breakfast was very basic but very expensive
-
I would stay there again.

If booking through Expedia, call the hotel before to make sure they have your reservation. We waited for over 2 hours after check in in lobby while they tried to find our reservation.

The resort is so nice and the location really made the stay. The pool is inviting and loves the complimentary coffee and ice cream. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would love to visit again and highly recommend to friends/family. It’s such a beautiful area.

Everything at the resort was beautiful and I enjoyed the time there. The view was beyond what I expected.
-
The rooms were clean in spite of needing updating. Pool was great with good amount of seating. Service was great!

Also at the ONLY coffee area on the whole property was NOT well care for. Many time la during our stay the area was out of coffe and the cappocino machines were not working . Also -- the rugs in the down stairs lounging area were wore and presented a trip / fall hazard. You save you an injury by spending a few dollars on two new large rugs for this area. When I first got there they put me in a room that had a huge bump in the floor that I almost tripped over. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And the ceiling in the front was all chipped and looks like it was coming down. I went to the front desk and they came upstairs to inspect and changed my room. The downside to that was I had a beautiful harbor view in my first room. However, they said that they would give me a harbor view in my new room, but when I looked out the window instead of seeing the harbor I saw the pool.
