Indeed a "resort". While the property needed some repairs, it was lovely. Beautiful location, serene patio, huge room. Towels, robe, furnishings were luxurious. Staff could have been more friendly and helpful. Failed to mention that we needed our key card to exit property after we checked out?! Pool bar and area was very nice. We plan to return!

The ONLY thing I would change is it would be nice to have more than one ice machine on the whole floor. Highly recommend staying here!!

Loved this place! Amazing views! Many restaurants close by to either drive or Uber. Food onsite was just okay. Way too expensive compared to other places right up the road. My only complaint is they don’t enforce the adults only pool. There weren’t many kids but there were more than a few and with a huge pool steps away, I do not understand why they were in the adult pool and hot tub.

Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice.

I am definitely coming back. I loved the beautiful resort and it was a great price and location.

We would definitely stay at this resort again. We had a wonderful stay (minus the first night when the people next door woke us up multiple times yelling in both hallway and next door until about 2am but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Our room was amazing…so spacious and decorated beautifully with a great balcony overlooking the pool. Robes in the room, coffee machine in the lobby and complimentary water throughout the stay were great touches. Grounds were beautiful as well and made for very pretty backdrops for pictures. Pool was nice with plenty of lounge chairs. We would highly recommend for anyone to wanting a nice weekend getaway.

The location and resort amenities were great . The room had a musty smell , we asked to get moved but the staff could not accommodate.

Beautiful place to stay to visit Charleston. Convenient shuttle to downtown daily, runs till nighttime. Nice to visit Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island. Charleston’s history and architecture are captivating. Charleston Museum is the first museum in US and a must visit.

This hotel is very conveniently located across the bridge from downtown Charleston. The rooms and common areas are beautiful and well appointed. We had a king room facing out to the marina and right across the river from Charleston with a balcony. The pool area is beautiful and large with lots of chairs for relaxation.

The grounds are beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. Pool is large and spacious for kids to play. Rooms are so comfy for families, plenty of space in both room and restrooms. The only negative is the food. I wish there were better options on the property.

Service was top notch. When I arrived in my room, there was a weird smell (a dog may have been there recently)....anyway, a quick call to the front desk had me in a new room in minutes. I saw the same lady who helped me a couple of hours later and she inquired whether I was comfortable in the new room. 10/10 will stay again!

The room was exactly as pictured online and exceeded our expectations! The bathroom with Kohler products especially stood out. The location was perfect in between the beaches and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend!
