The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

The resort was great, Will definitely stay during my next trip.

The front desk mgr, was not informed... He did not tell me how to get in and out of the property with key, until I came back later that afternoon and asked. They did not tell us where the restaurants were on property, no greeting , no bellhop. Coffee available 24-7, properety on a good local with beautiful view. They could do more with the poolside food. Pretty pool area. Room was nice and clean and well appointed .

The room was spotless, and having a spacious balcony overlooking marina was a real joy. As the hotel is just minutes drive from numerous local restaurants and public beaches, having a car is a must to fully enjoy the area.

The AC didn’t work, had someone come fix but it turned off again. That made our stay very uncomfortable. We were not pleased with the railing on patio and slide door handle were filthy. My sister told housekeeper that her sheet needed changing, she spilled coffee. We got back to the room and our beds were made but not like she gave a dam. The pillows were not in place they were on the floor for both beds. I was bringing my sister here for a mini vacation and with the air, cleanliness of the room put a bad taste in our mouth Refund

Staff was very friendly .

Easy check-in/out process. All around friendly staff at the resort. Easy access to amenities walking on property, boat or by shuttle to Charleston. Quiet away from the busy downtown. Very nice time on our honeymoon!

Fantastic 3 night stay! The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our harbor view room was spacious and comfortable. Lovely balcony with a great view. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Great location with easy drive to beaches or Charleston.

No vending machines in our hotel, you had to go to their sister hotel next door for a soda . For being a 4 star hotel i.expected better in house amenities.

We had a wonderful stay but were a bit surprised that there were no vending machines or access to drinks or snacks.

Great stay. Comfortable room and good amenities. A microwave would have made it perfect.

Room had splatter on the wall and lots of dust by the windows. Room was a great size large and spacious. Bathroom was clean and a nice size. Staff was very light. Not sure if staff increases on weekends. Even at checkout we could not find anyone at the desk. Staff seemed bothered and seemed to avoid the guests. I would prefer a hotel in downtown Charleston over this since it was very remote and far from most attractions.

The place is amazing, it is meticulously decorated. The view is perfect and it is located near so many great restaurants, the beaches and Charleston.

We had a great stay and would definitely return. Across the harbor from downtown Charleston but with a complimentary shuttle, complimentary bicycles, 3 pools, friendly helpful staff, all rooms have a harbor view - welcoming water and popsicles

The stay was great, but unfortunately they had a pipe burst which resulted in bad smells in the hallways and loud dehumidifiers.
