The location was fine because we could walk to the venue. Upon first entering the room we could hear the toilet running, I noticed that apparently someone had used the toilet and there were "skid marks" still in the bowl. I wiggled the handle and everything disappeared, thank God ! okay, gross but move on, my wife always brings sanitary wipes to clean things when we travel. Trying to figure out the remote tv control was aggravating because I simply wanted to have a local news station, it was extremely challenging, I'm 70 yo and usually can figure these things out, this was very frustrating! Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant, I'd probably check to see if there were any other hotels close by next time before we went back here, if not its acceptable "enough" and we'd simple hope for a better experience.

I never write reviews, but the Shashi Hotel was so terrible that I had to let others know about my experience. My friend and I booked a room here

Great location to Shoreline Amphitheater. Covered parking. Coffee and food on site. Clean and comfortable rooms.

This hotel is ideal for attending a show at Shoreline Amphitheatre. I wouldn’t choose to stay here otherwise. It’s branded as luxury but there are many budget hotels with better amenities (like free breakfast and actual coffee makers in the room). There was some mold in the shower and chipped furniture. Also there was only one bath towel in the room. Though when we asked for extra, they were quickly brought up to us. Everything being branded as “eco-friendly” is just an excuse to offer meager services imo. The thermostat couldn’t be adjusted lower than 67 degrees and it was over 80 degrees outside. Crazy to not have adjustable air con right across the street from Google.

Modern hotel in good location for concert venue

I came away with a mostly positive opinion of this place. I will say, it feels like a hotel portraying a more luxurious experience than it really is. One of the elevators was down, and it was a real pain to wait for one as everyone was checking in. Materials in the rooms are fine, but nothing luxurious, and are fairly small. Overall, I would recommend.

We didnt use amenities so cannot comment. Staff polite, room immaculately clean.
-
Nice area, easy parking No response from staff on fresh towels, Kleenex and tp, even though requested. They actually took my request off the concierge without filling order. Loud noise, slamming doors, arguments and screaming in hallways.

It’s a very nice hotel, but they failed to tell us that we would be unable to use the dining facilities until we got there which we thought wasn’t cool. They did upgrade our room and the greeting glass of sparkling wine was very nice. Perfect to stay if you are going to Shoreline Amphitheater

Very good hotel and staff. Thin walls is the only issue. Changing rooms, often lol but worth it for $190

Nice property. Have stayed here multiple times before. Staff very helpful. Amenities are decent compared to similar hotels but expensive

Clean Was charged 20$ for parking?? Wasn’t part of the 405$ for the room? Should advise people that parking is extra.

Staff rocked our stay and made it a 10! All staff were excellent . Restaurant manager top shelf!
