Good location if you have a car and are in Mountain View. Caltrain's nearish but I didn't use it.

The Mountain View Hampton Inn was only a few minutes away from our friends' home in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel looked brand new and everything was clean and fresh. Our room was spacious with places to put our suitcases and hang coats and my purse. The bed was very comfortable and AC quiet but effective. The breakfast menu varied from day to day. The only thing we missed was butter for our toast, but they did have cream cheese, honey, and jam. We enjoyed our stay there.

Karen, at the front desk, was thoughtful to check that the room was to our liking. My husband split some ice in the hallway. I told Karen and she sent someone asap to clean up and dry the area. We felt bad, but glad to see that they keep the property up to date. Parking was good. Location is good. Pillows were a little soft. It was an excellent stay.

Clean room, easy and safe parking, free breakfast.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Castro street restaurants close by. (A few blocks) Fairly close to Shoreline Amphitheater. Breakfast was good.

Clean Nice Tasty Good

The location was perfect for going to a concert at Shoreline. We enjoyed the quiet room and the breakfast in the morning. The facility was clean and well maintained. The bed was very uncomfortable and not enough towels were provided.

Check in was smooth. the rooms and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was warm and fresh.

Breakfast selection very good and tasty. Patking for handicapped good and location to shoreline amphitheater was perfect. Price was excellent too!

Only issue was with the thermostat off, the air conditioning still came on in the middle of the night. Other than that, very nice place.
